“I want to report that my experience with OneWest has been beyond excellent due to the trust that was built with my "personal banker" Jeannie Valencia. I started out having an investment account with her as my investment counselor recommended I call her to open a money market account that at the time was offering a good rate. She was so personable, kind and professional that I felt she really had my back when it came to my money to the point that I took all of my and my husband's accounts out of BofA and transferred everything to One West and Jeannie. BUT I just went in there the other day to find out she is no longer with One West and that the bank will "assign" me another banker. I don't want just another banker. I've worked all my life for the money I have and will not entrust it to a stranger who is "assigned" to me. Sadly, I now feel I need to search for another bank in which I can receive comparable individual service (which won't be easy since my standards are now high)...BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!”

The only improvement I recommend, wish they had better interest rates on the savings and checking accounts. Overall CBB is a bank I trust.”

With Cece's calm and professional demeanor from start to finish, we understood our documents to an even greater extent, signed, dated and had our signatures notarized. The Ontario, CA branch is not our home office. Many kudos to Cece and her manager for their diligence and insistence upon fully understanding our documents before proceeding with the notarization duties. “Today went into this Chaffey C.U. This is my first time coming into this Chaffey. I used to go to the one on Azusa. Tricia, the teller assisted me today. Tricia was courteous, nice and very thoughtful. I conducted my transaction. She even wished me a happy belated birthday and asked what did I do. We had a very nice talk. “Other than the building being old and not really ADA friendly main entrance, I have been a long standing client of US BANK. over 10 years , I have US BANK CREDIT CARDS, I have had car loans, and Ive never had a negative experience. Actually just the opposite. The branch Managers of both the Redlands and Alta Loma branch have bent over backwards to assist me in any requests ive had.They also are extremely competitive on the rates for loans and offer there clients even better rates than walk in non account holders. I give them a 9,5 out of ten just because we all know no bodys perfect. I highly Recommend my local branch in Alta Loma ,corner of Archabald & Baseline . I believe the staff and the banks policys and rates are equally important . they excell in both of these ares.”
