Best experience ever, was from out of town and made sure my truck was ready to go, especially for my long drive out of town the following weekend, also let me know what things needed to be looked at in the future with no sales pressure at all, made me feel super comfortable, I will be taking my truck there in the future, thanks a lot for everything!

Very friendly, and the cost for my oil change was magnificent. Was half of what I normally pay for synthetic oil change. Had my truck back within a little over an hour.
Highly recommended, and I week be going back for tires in the near future.

What a delightful auto service facility. I rented a car from a major rental company and noticed the tire was losing air , i brought to Family Auto Service and asked if they could assist me . The personnel within minutes showed me the nail in the tire and although they were busy , they jumped right on fixing and patching the tire and within 30 minutes i was on my way. What a great facility great customer satisfaction.

Fantastic service shop. Our vehicle broke down on the hill up away from Alpine. We called them, they said they would look at the car right away. Before the day was over, they had the vehicle diagnosed, repaired, reassessed, further repaired and finished. We were able to get back on the road and drive home. Every, especially Brian, was supernice, courteous, friendly, comprehensive, and very realistic. No oversell at all. Just an honest shop when we really desperately needed one. Thanks so much for your help!
