Today I visited my favorite Chico’s store in Round Rock outlets to change a dress that I bought on Sunday, when I arrived I was attended by a lady who helped me with what I need…. I bought a blouse and when she was going to pay, the lady asked me directly if the tunic she was wearing was mine, insinuating that she was taking it to me without paying. I found it to be a discriminatory and racist comment since I am Latina and I never walked four feet away from her so that she thinks that I should take something please her staff to insist on the importance of inclusive and respectful customer service. also to see how it arrives because there were not those of two customers in the store.

This Chico's has amazing sales people! I have always received the best service from them. Last time I was shopping, I asked the staff to let me know when a particular outfit came in. Marcy emailed me from the Chico's site to show me what had arrived. When I came in, she had clothing ready for me to try. In addition, when I found a piece of clothing that fit me perfectly, I asked if we could find the same piece in a different color. It was not anywhere in our region. Marcy searched all stores and found me the only one left in Maryland!! This type of service is unique and very much appreciated! Thank you, Chico's Off the Rack at Viejas!
