Wow I came to use the ATM, which wasn’t working. So I asked the only person working if they could help me. This may have been one of the rudest interactions with a bank staff member I have ever had.After they rolled their eyes at me they just told me to go soma place else and they couldn’t help me because my card was a US Bank debit card.Let me say that if you’re an existing customer go to a different branch. If you’re a new customer find a different bank.Even BofA treated me better.

This place the 3 employees are lazy wait like 20 minutes nobody was available. Not recommended go to mission viejo that guys are fast.

Apparently you have to be Indian to get service here ... I'm so glad I stood in line for 10 minutes so an Indian man could talk about how he over priced masks to sell & his large deposit I'm so glad it took to employees to help him , I'll just change banks instead Way to promote off the coronavirus day

I know that US bank is really a budget bank that charges low fee. Also to have a location in the grocery store is a plus. If I have to say that it's pretty ridiculous that I was told that I needed to make an appointment to get things notarized. Seriously, the whole point of having a branch in the grocery store is for convenience, but when you turn people away because they need an appointment for notary, that's totally minus for convenience. US bank, if you want to keep your clients by advertising "convenience", provide notary service when the branch is open!

Very disappointed here. Got my deposit back via check from my apartment complex and i bank with US Bank, but they would not deposit or cash check the check because it was in Bank of America name. Went to Bank of America and they were amazed they wouldn't take the check at US Bank because i bank there. Never had this issue before and very disappointed in US Bank.

By far the worst US Bank I have ever been to. Customer service is HORRIBLE as well as location. Such a poor representation of what this bank truly represents. Beyond disappointed.

crowded, long wait, tellers trying to be very personal and friendly and asking too many questions not related to transactions which results in mistakes. Not sure why teller need to know what my weekend plans are. Just do your job.

Lots of staff, none of which can so much as say hello. I despise the way this retailer splits up its groceries, putting the non perishable items in the middle aisles, forcing you to walk the entire store to hit all the food aisles. And I can never find the milk cuz it's way back in the corner on the back side of an island refrigerator cooler. Also, they are way over priced, however, their buy one get two or three free sales are worth stopping in for.
