Ups continues to fail. I had 2 packages out for delivery yesterday. No delivery was attempted as i was home all day working 2 feet from my front door. The message i got was that no one was here. The packages arrived today. No signature was required and there were no problems with the address. They need to meet their commitments and be truthful when delivery is not made. More likely the driver got ill or truck broke down.

Louis (Louie) is absolutely wonderful and saved my weekend. I was expecting an important package for my first day of work. The delivery estimate online said that I had to be home to sign for the package 9-11am. After some delays the window changed to be 11am-7pm. I waited for hours not sure when I could step out. Of course with my luck when I walked my dogs, the driver missed me by 5 minutes. Normally I would just wait until Monday to get my package but I was flying out to New York and needed the package urgently. It was close to closing hours on a Friday but Louis was extremely helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make sure I got my package in time and explained every step clearly. This was the best customer service I have seen. I am very thankful.

I would like to thank the a-hole driver that delivered my package in the rear of my house at the garage, so it could get stolen can your drivers stop being so lazy and actually just do their job and deliver it to the front door. Uou guys aren't that busy like you used to be in the 80s and 90s stop hiring your drivers on Craigslist!

I get ups deliveries from this place from time to time. First of all the drivers, even they work tough schedule under the hot weather, don't even wait 5 seconds for me to come down to get the door. It's like as if they have \"we missed\"you stick on their hands before they ring the bell. UPS sent me multiple emails and text saying my shipment will be delivered between 7 pm and 9 pm. I came back from around 3 pm to find out the sticker saying we missed you. Then I can't even go pick it up that day. My request to hold at their location never get approved in time and now they are closed on Sunday so I have to go their Monday but I have no assurance that the package will be there. A month ago, I had a packaged delivered with signature requirement. Fortunately my son was there to receive it but, the driver didn't check his name or ID. What if the package was delivered next door and neighbor scribbled something as a signature. So strict on signature requirement and wouldn't leave the box on my front door but don't care if the person signing is the receiver or not. Oxymoron.

So this is very much a shipping hub that also has basically a customer pickup desk. Don't expect any frills, just some UPS staff that looks like they are pretty busy but will help locate your parcel if its has been held there. Its open from 10am to 6pm Mon-Fri. There is a note saying they can be open from 7:30pm to 8pm by appointment but there is no number listed to call and make that appointment.

UPS drivers habitually don't attempt delivery and then require the customer to come pick it up. I get it. I don't want to deliver packages either, For that reason, I didn't take a job at a package delivery company. Drivers, you have one job . . .. If you don't like that job, quit and do something else. Deliver that packages you are paid to deliver.

This place is definitely less than perfect. I'll start with my customer center experiences - the gentlemen in the morning were helpful but still had some kind of attitude, and the evening people seem to be the reverse - not as helpful as kind. But that's ok. The hours are crazy - 10-12, 4-6, 7:30-8? That doesn't make any sense for somewhere like a facility to run. Secondarily my package was lost in the warehouse and it took a couple of people to solve the issue now I used to work for a shipping company so I understand the hassle but there clearly needs to be a better flow in this place

UPS is an amazing company. They can tell me exactly when and where my package was left - using GPS. It was so helpful. Let's all take a breath and understand that there are humans on the other end, working hard to do their jobs. They take their jobs seriously. I'm not going to say that everything is perfect, a package may have arrived with a bit of damage, but it arrived and contents were fine.

First of all the worst problem with ANY UPS situations is that although they SAY you can talk to an agent, YOU NEVER WILL! Their phone system wants a tracking number before any thing happens, how do you do that if you're on a LAND LINE. How are you going to spell out any letters from a tracking number...on a LIND LINE!!!??? I went around in circles, catch 22ing it until I gave up. It never was like this, they just don't want to involve a live person, and that's it. IF SOMEONE USES UPS FOR DELIVERY I...WILL...NOT...DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY SUCK!

Absolutely the worst company imaginable. Basically impossible to reach on the phone, impossible to get help even after driving many miles to get to the local HQ. Robots on the Customer Service number, then after 12 tries got a human who put me on hold for 45 minutes then disconnected the call. UPS email cannot be replied to. And all because UPS didn't follow the original delivery instructions. WTF?

I went to have some boxes shipped to Florida. I don't ship very often and so I needed lots of help. Debra was so helpful and Chris went over and above to help me to get some sports equipment sent to some kids in need. So thankful for these people and this place!

Dylan and Lewis were very helpful in helping me locate a lost package. Mistakes happen, but they really did their best to help.
