One of my favorite stores in the plaza. They carry a lot of products and are always well stocked. It’s clean and organized. The only issue is that it can get very busy in the evenings and weekends. The checkout and return lane are very long.

The checkout line even in middle of week is extremely time consuming. I spent 5 minutes shopping and 45 minutes in checkout line.They have 2 to 3 working cashier and I have no idea why they do not hire more people.

I didn’t have a great experience because a manager by the name of Briana was rude and walked away from me when I asked a question because she didn’t want to “handle your problem” all I ask was about home decor.

Regrettably, I've had two unpleasant encounters with the new manager, Briana O, at a lovely location in Aliso Viejo. Her demeanor lacks respect and courtesy, resulting in negative experiences both times. While I hesitate to leave negative reviews, I felt compelled to share my unfortunate experiences.
