Target! Nothing new here. Clear interior, good vibes, Starbucks inside. You can find what you need and get out (or get lost in the store forever spending $200 when you only needed deodorant). Parking is easy enough but the center can get crowded like most do.

This store is larger than some of the others and worth the extra time it takes me to drive here. It seems like a pretty average Target. The parking lot can get crowded during busy times.

I give this Target (minus 5) because I had my special-needs, toddler (my grandson) in the cart. He dropped some corn chips on the floor the sales person working the self check out line picked them up off the floor and gave them to him. He is a toddler he is going to put them back in his mouth. And when I asked her not to do that, there was no ma'am I'm sorry I wasn't thinking or anything like that. She looked at me like I was crazy for asking her not to infect my toddler with dirt, germs possible bacteria from a public floor. She ended up calling Morgan, her manager and Morgan apologized but the woman never opened her mouth to say one word as if I was beneath her or she apparently needs some training. This event happened on May 2nd at 5:40 pm at the Target at 26932 La Paz in Aliso Viejo.I do not remember the name of the person working at the self serve checkout line, but she was blonde, thin and with long hair. But I will address it with the district manager, because that was not OK!!P.S. I was a clinical laboratory director at a well known hospital system and I am very conscious of the germs that are around different surfaces, especially a public floor.Thank you,I

TIDY STORE ! My wife and I were over this way on Saturday....not our normal shopping neighborhood. We arrived around midday and parked way at the back of the huge parking lot. This is essentially Laguna Woods which is a long time seniors retirement community. The store looked pretty dated on the outside and inside it was quite old school.....overdue for a makeover. But it looked neat and tidy ! My wife headed straight to the greeting card section.....her fav. I needed to top up some of my toiletries for home and for travel purposes. Their selection was surprisingly good...better than some updated stores. I found everything I needed and we headed to the checkout. The young female cashier looked after us in a very friendly manner !NOTE - Of course with over 22 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics in 2022 I can tell you what is great !

Moises at the register today was very kind and helpful at showing me how to properly use the Target app while shopping in order to save money. I'm not a die-hard Target shopper, so I didn't realize you can scan items as you're shopping, save them in the app, then present your unique bar code at the register. He showed me how it works, and I quickly scanned two memory foam pillows with the Target app while he was ringing me up. Turns out they were $7 off apiece. Now I know how it works, and I understand what some people are doing as they scan items while shopping. Also, the fitting room/operator person was very nice as well. She saw me trying to price check a bulky item and she asked me if I needed help as she was walking by. I believe she was in the process of starting her go-backs. I don't really like shopping when I'm tired, especially on a Saturday, but overall it was a good Target run today, with good vibes all around.

This is our favorite Target to shop, in our area. Their customer service is great, from the cashier's like John or Bailey, to the stockers like An. Anytime I need something I can ask and always get help or, get a reasonable explanation for why items are not on shelf. The only complaint I have is with the pharmacy staff, who seem less eager to help. (I understand that they are a sub contract, so I won't fault Target for this). But, I will say that the parking can be a drag. Just find a spot out in the lot and get your steps in haha.

you know when you're waiting in line at customer service, watching the interactions unfold; hoping to get the competent cashier? ...came to get a bathing suit before a trip; found the perfect suit but the bottom was only in small & medium would have fit perfectly. the woman at the dressing rooms helped me check to see if they had that size at other stores. no luck, but she informed me i could order it online with free shipping. she checked for the size & even let me know there were other colors available. this took about one minute. she also told me it would arrive by the 25th which was perfect since i was leaving on the 26th.she told me i could pay & order it at customer assistance so i went there & waited in line for less than 15 minutes.i was called & approached, said hello & explained i had just come from the fitting room where i was told i could order the size i was looking for online with free shipping since it wasn't available in the store. the cashier was doing something, i assume scanning & trying to pull up the item to order it. 5 minutes go by, 5 more. i said "if it's available, i'd like to get a different color". no response.then i asked to confirm it would arrive by the 25th & the woman said "maybe, you never know". ok.. im not going to press it, i just want to order/pay & finish the rest of my errands.after about 15 minutes standing there she handed me her phone & asked me to find the item myself.. ok.. looking at her phone it wasn't just bathing suit bottoms, it was tops, cover ups, all kinds of clothing items.. i said "oh im actually looking for this bottom" as i touched the blue swim bottom i had brought up with me initially. "is there any way you can scan the barcode to find the item, that's how the woman at the fitting room was able to tell me it was available online?" she told me her eyes hurt & asked me again to find it on her phone.i kept scrolling & now the photos were just gray squares.. i asked again if she could look it up by the barcode or SKU. she asked me to read her the number on the tag, no problem. i did so & waitied.at this point i was frustrated, it seems like this should have been a quick & simple process? she was still looking at her phone. if her eyes hurt i feel for her, i know what it's like to be working & hurting. but if she felt she couldn't complete her job duties she should let a manager know & take some time. we're all human. this woman was not rude really. she simply couldn't help me, from the moment i approached to the moment i slid to the next cashier after 15+ minutes & the line dissipating; i took my opportunity to slide to the cashier next to her after saying "thank you, perhaps she can look up this item".the first cashier took a step back & walked away after i said thank you, she didn't respond to me. the next cashier pulled up the item within a minute, then proceeded to tell me it wasn't available. i said it actually says "not available in store". she proceeded to continue the ordering process.she handed me her phone to fill out my shipping address & called for the next person in line who stood next to me, explaining their issue as i completed filling in my info.this cashier was quick to switch between me & the other customer & guided me to payment. after paying i asked for a receipt. she informed me it was in my email & she couldn't print me one. i understand that this payment process was technically done online but i politely asked for a paper receipt since i just completed payment using the stores credit card machine.the cashier said "we don't do that, your email receipt is enough". maybe that's standard procedure for this kind of thing but there has to be a way for me to walk away with proof i just paid for something.. when i asked again the cashier said "oh you want me to void it, ok", i said "no, please don't void

Shout out to Customer Relations team member Pardis for helping me what that was impossible to be possible! She is definitely an asset to the Target Team. I had a hard time trying to locate a special LOL doll and a Funko type toy for a few cousins over seas. What was showing not in stock or was unable to locate online she was able to have them check stock in the back and find the one left. It made my entire night ! She single-handedly made 2 kids dreams across the world come true ! For that, I am deeply appreciative and will be writing a letter to corporate about how special this team member is. I haven't stepped inside in Target for 20 years prior to this incident. Because of this positive experience and Pardis showing excellent customer service , price matching what was on target.com vs in store and her compassion in trying to locate these items for me, you have now gained a customer that will start shopping here . I might even open a target credit card. Thank you Pardis and Target management for helping me and making this experience so positive. She is truly as asset to the team. With Gratitude.

The best Target of all the local targets! Literally everything is easily displayed and easy to get to! They are always fully stocked and their staff is friendly and efficient! Even though it does get busy, you never see it get overly wall to wall since everything is spaced out so nicely.

What the heck happened to this Target? I used to love coming here and last time I went (6/8/22) the place was trashed. Trashed to the point It started giving me anxiety (see photos). A customer was digging to find a show and when she asked the Target employee to help her look she responded, "it probably got misplaced" yeah...no kidding...

I came here to pick up an order I purchased online because there was a deal if you buy a certain amount of products you get a $20 gift card. The app and my email both stated that an item was out of stock so it was substituted with something else. I was very frustrated when I came in and found out it wasn't. The employee told me that item was canceled and we went back and forth because I was convinced (because both app and email said it wasn't) that I was getting ripped off because of it. She told me to grab another item and she would honor the deal. I was still being uncooperative because I was certain I was paying for the item twice. She explained to me multiple times the situation but I didn't trust her because target doesn't provide printed receipts for online pick up orders and my app and email were telling me different. She had incredible patience with me the entire time, and kept the same friendly tone even though I had her repeat herself at least 20 times. After I left and the order was released to me the app updated and said that the item was in fact canceled and not substituted, so she was right. I am beyond impressed my her patience and composer. I would've not been able to stay as friendly as she was if I was her. I do feel bad for being so rude because she immediately offered to fix the problem so I could get what I wanted but I wanted proof it was canceled. The issue was totally out of her control, it's just the way target does it's on line pick up. I wish I got her name she was older than the other employees working the guest service desk, had an accent! 5 stars for her for her incredible customer service and remarkable patience.

We went to find a lanyard for an 11-year old's GoPro on our way to the beach, where he wanted to take some photographs. He was crestfallen when there were none available, as he couldn't take the GoPro without a lanyard, because of the risk of dropping it. Enter Rodney, who saved the day! He found a lanyard that worked among some promotional items that had just been delivered, and gave it to our budding photographer. Thank you, Rodney, for saving our beach day!

Worst parking layout ever. Everything seems to be out every time I'm here. And they don't cary as much as other Targets, so i end up having to go to multiple locations anyways. If it weren't so close to work, I'd drive further to go to a better Target!

Tall guy in electronics with the one or two tattoos on his arms was really rude and disrespectful. Didn't offer any advice and just questioned my purchase. Would not recommend coming here or to whatever his name is. I wish I had the name on the receipted.
