Absolutely was thrilled visiting South Bay Jeweler's! Went in to get my bracelet fixed and adjust the sizing of my watch and the lovely gentleman there was so attentive and kind and fixed both for me without any charge and took less than 10 minutes. So glad i discovered this place!

This one is a tough review because there were some positives and some negatives. Firstly, communication. Before I purchased the ring, there was plenty of communication, and it was easy, and I felt heard by the staff here. However, once I paid for the ring, it was much much more difficult to get ahold of Anthony and Bryan. My phone calls were not picked up as they were before I paid. Personally, it didn't feel the best laying out over $1000 for an item, and feeling like you can't call to check up on things or ask questions. Secondly, I was told I would receive an appraisal via text message (a link) for my ring as part of the purchase. When I picked up the ring, I was told by Anthony I would receive it two days later. It has been over 40 days since my purchase, and I still do not have the appraisal. I called a few times, a week following the purchase and no one picked up my call. There wasn't even a voicemail. I'm certain I was calling the correct number because I had saved it in my phone immediately following speaking with Anthony. I also double checked on the website to ensure I was calling the right number, and it was correct. About two or three weeks after the purchase I was at my parents house and figured I would try calling from their telephone to see if that would work and Anthony immediately picked up. He insisted that a female staff member was about to write the appraisal, and that I would receive it a few days from that phone call. That call was over 10 days ago and I still do not have the appraisal. I don't have any ill will towards them; I just don't think I will shop here again. My fiancé was satisfied with the ring, and they produced the custom ring ahead of schedule, which I appreciated. Despite this, because of the communication thing, and never receiving the appraisal for my ring, I'm planning on getting the wedding band somewhere else. If anyone sees this on staff, I still please would like my appraisal. Thank you.

I’m so happy I found this jeweler!! I was drawn to the store because of their great selection but ended up choosing to have a piece custom made - and all I can say is WOW! They understood what I was looking for and did an amazing job with it. It's honestly better than I envisioned! The owner and staff are so friendly, it was truly a pleasure to make a purchase from South Bay!!

When I walked in I didn't expect to walk out of there with a gift. My first anniversary was coming up and my wife wanted a very specific ring that was too large. I needed the ring resized fast and walked into South Bay Jewelry. I didn't know what to expect but the atmosphere was warm and welcoming with the guy I'm assuming is the owner (Brian) treating me as if I was his family. I never thought a Jewelry Store would be the place I find the most compassion and absolute kindness. With little hesitation Brain answered every question I had and even shared his own personal experience and wisdom. The ring was returned to me within 3-days without a blemish. There was no indication that it has been resized! We need more businesses/business owners like Brian in the world. He makes our community a better place by treating us so well and like family. I support this business and hope you will too!

Anthony is amazing! I didn't think to get my rings cleaned before my wedding tomorrow... I called the store and Anthony said come on in. I didn't even realize the store had already closed. He must have heard the desperation in my voice. Once there, he was so kind and helpful, and he didn't even try to rush us. They create custom rings for any occassion.

I had the best experience at South Bay Jewelry!I had some pearls belonging to my grandmother, that were absolutely gorgeous!The needed to be redesigned and restrung.Anthony was marvelous...He kept sending me ideas and the finished product is absolutely stunning!They are a top notch jewelry store!Finally, I have found a jeweler I trust and admire!The owner, Brian is so nice, as well!I met him today!!Janet Lewis
