“Went in around closing time 5.50pm on 27th June and two gentlemen helped me out. I shipped several heavy and bulky boxes internationally and one of the gentlemen (Louie/Louis ?) graciously helped me to load the heavy boxes in my car. Even though it was past closing time by then! “Louis (Louie) is absolutely wonderful and saved my weekend. I was expecting an important package for my first day of work. The delivery estimate online said that I had to be home to sign for the package 9-11am. After some delays the window changed to be 11am-7pm. I waited for hours not sure when I could step out. Of course with my luck when I walked my dogs, the driver missed me by 5 minutes. Normally I would just wait until Monday to get my package but I was flying out to New York and needed the package urgently.It was close to closing hours on a Friday but Louis was extremely helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make sure I got my package in time and explained every step clearly. This was the best customer service I have seen. I am very thankful.”

Within a week or so they relax ? most of the businesses around here should take a lesson in what good customer service is. Owner does a good job.”
