“B&C was very professional. They called the night before the move date to confirm arrival time and go over details and asked if I needed anything. They showed up exactly on time and the two-man team were nice, hard working and efficient. They arrived at the move-in site quickly and off loaded my property with no damages. I tipped 20% because they were so good. I would recommend B&C to anyone who wants a great moving team. I was quoted more than double the cost by other companies and do not regret saving myself thousands of dollars.”

“I love the people who work here. They are always so responsive and very family-like in their interactions. Mayette has worked there for so long and she has always been so professional and kind. I remember when I was looking for a storage facility. I interacted with many other facilities in the area but I immediately could feel and tell that this is a facility that cares. I ended up choosing Aliso Viejo Self Storage and do not regret my decision. Not only was Mayette super great but so is KrisAnn (not sure if im spelling their names right). I know that they have very little openings but I can see why, it's because they treat their customers well and are very endearing to all. Staff are polite, very informative, prompt and helpful when addressing any questions of concerns.
