It’s simply impossible to explain the incredible care and professionalism exhibited by Ms Dodin’s accounting firm; I was in a panic to complete my 2022 Tax Year and was guided through out the process by Monica who was my Sherpa. She was with me ensuring that understood the required documents that were needed - Monica would alert me to additional information - allowing me to gather the data without any judgment. Monica would answer my texts and emails whether it was day or night.Ms. Dodin and Monica provide a service that few accounting firms can offer - these people care!!!It was a pleasure to work with Ms Dodin; and when coupled with Monica’s ability to get your taxes done in a non- stressful manner……heaven on Earth.

Being I used Yelp to find Sam and SoCal Tax Advisors, I felt it only appropriate to leave a review after using her to complete my 2022 taxes. I will say all the reviews about her were spot on. I had some issues with my tax preparer the previous year and needed to find someone new. Not just someone who claimed to do taxes, but someone with experience, efficiency, and the knowledge to complete my taxes correctly. I had contacted Sam via Yelp and she responded within an hour, maybe less. She emailed me the required forms to get things started. I admit, not having initial face to face contact or even a phone conversation and then sending her personal information was a lil scary at first. However, she was quick to set up a secure and encrypted portal to upload documents. The website was user friendly too. I emailed her with several questions during the initial setup to which she responded in less than 15min. I was set up and ready to upload my tax documents within a day. For being a new client, she completed my taxes in a timely manner. The best part is my piece of mind they were done correctly. I didn't have to meet her in person or even speak to her to know she was knowledgeable. After last year, I feel so relieved to have found Sam. I will use her again and have even told my friends and family about her. Thank you Sam!

Sam has been a such a blessing. I had worked with a tax preparer the previous year that wanted to do have me do an extension on filing then only days before the deadline he disappeared. Sam not only took on this nearly impossible task, but she was so reassuring and understanding, doing everything she could to go the extra mile to help. Unfortunately my long time tax accountant suddenly passed away and I was forced to find a new co to do my taxes. Made an appointment with Brenda. She was very nice and knowledgeable. Sam is incredibly easy to work with, is very thorough, and responds to any inquiries or questions you may have extremely quickly. In addition to being a highly competent accountant & tax preparer, she has a great sense of humor, is quick witted, and has a fun personality.
