Alex worked on my vehicle both times and he did an awesome job! Today I was expecting to pay for labor for an exhaust tip repair from my tip getting pushed in and and when he told me there was no charge I was very pleasantly surprised. I will be bringing my Mercedes-Benz to Renato for any further service. He and his team are experts and they go above and beyond.9 They are very honest also and really know these specific cars! I highly recommend Renato Benz for your next Mercedes-Benz service. They are also conveniently located right here in the AV less than a mile from our home! Honest man, I walked in his shop by mistake, the entire are is filled with auto shops, but none the less, he told me, no wrong shop, and directed me to the right shop. I noticed he derives Mercedes-Benz vehicles and talked to him about my vehicles problem and he told me immediately what the issue was and why the issue occurred. I asked him to take a look at an additional issue, check engine lights, and as busy ad he was I thought he'd take an couple of hours, but he took my keys and brought my car in his repair bay and immediately started troubleshooting the check engine light problem. All this was FREE of charge. I paid $590 for an estimate the last time I went to Mercedes-Benz. This guy is SOLID. I will definitely bring my vehicle here for all future repair needs.

Recently had the pleasure of bringing my 17’ C43 in for scheduled maintenance and I could not be more satisfied with the level of service. I brought my car in at 2pm without an appointment and Renato had it ready for me to pick up by 4pm the same day. He also saved me around $800 based on the quote I received from the dealer. Avoid the dealer and bring your car to Renato; he’s a true Mercedes guru!Services: Auto maintenance

Been taking my car here for close to ten years, Renato and his team are amazing! they will have you out the door in a few hours if you call a head and schedule an appointment. Dose not matter what year Benz you have they can fix any problem. I recommend anybody with a Mercedes-Benz take their car here.

Renato is amazing. I always feel like he's family, and he will take great care of me no matter the problem. He can diagnose and fix any issue with the lowest cost for me. Even if I have a burst appendix I'll go to him to fix it I think. I know I can trust him.
