I have an appointment for today, dec 28 with fasting labs. My confirmation email is for this date and time at this location. Showed up for my appointment- along with several other people, to find a sign that says the location is temporary closed today through Jan 2! Terrible.

Don't come here unless you absolutely have to. This place is awful. They were rude to almost every single patient and truly act like they don't want to be there.

Thank you Veronica for going the extra mile both Saturday and Monday! I appreciate your professional attitude in handling clients. I wish quest had a person up front there are so many questions and people don't know how to use the check in kiosk. It's a lot for the phlebotomist to do their job and a receptionist job.

I’ve been going to this lab for the last few years due to long weights and inability to follow appointments at an alternative lab. Always on point in terms of your appointment in and out of there in 15 minutes.

...in and out in less than 10 minutes as a walk in this afternoon...the lady who did the blood draw (10 years experience) was kind and did it seemlessly..with no pain... absolutely none...not even with the new tube exchange..thank you!!

Showed up for my appt last week and there was a sign on the door that they were closed. I made this appt two months ago. I even got a reminder email a few days before from Quest. I took the morning off for this appt and received no notice that they were closed. I contacted their customer service number and their system showed that this location should have been open and they had no idea why they would be closed. I was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours. Well, that never happened. So I rescheduled my appt for this week. So I show up again and they are closed AGAIN!!! Why do they keep scheduling appts on days they won't be open?! And they don't ever bother to reach out to their patients to notify them. Who treats patients like this?! I'm telling my doctors to send my labs to LabCorp instead from now on. Quest is ridiculous!

Made an appointment. Showed up on time. There was a note on the door saying they were closed. Nothing from the location or quest that my appointment was cancelled. Wish I could give them zero stars

We did not have an appointment, after completing my check in details at the kiosk as a walk in, we were called to the back in less than 5 minutes (which was great)!Natalie was amazing, very professional and super nice! Our 17 month old had to get his blood drawn and she did great with him. Stephanie another worker offered to help with the process. They both were singing along to the song we were playing to help distract, super sweet. Great job ladies, thank you!

You could replace the staff with a bottle of mustard sauce, and it would be more productive. These guys wasted my time twice already. One of the worst labs in orange county

April 29th, 2022 - I made an appointment for an early blood draw for important testing. Usually when I come through to Quest with an appointment, I am in and out in 15 minutes. It took the woman who drew my blood over an hour. OVER AN HOUR to get 4 tubes of blood drawn. I am a patient woman and so I thought it is what it is; but geezus! The issue continues however, when I get my results there is absolutely no details. Everything has zeros. Which is completely absurd and not even possible for my condition. I try calling and am not able to get through to anyone at this center to complain and ask for a redraw. I get a bill in the mail; I try calling and get hung up on. I try emailing with no response. Now, they want to send me to collections when I didn't even get proper bloodwork completed. As far as I am concerned the phlebotomist/this location as a whole mismanaged my bloodwork. I shouldn't have to pay $200 for them wasting my time.

I have visited the Quest near the Laguna Hills Mall a few times but much prefer the ALISO VIEJO one for a number of reasons but mostly because I have been lucky to have Caroline take my blood & she is so gentle & kind as I am one who does not like having blood taken . . . I do make prior appointments so I always get in right away. . . I will always go to the AV Quest! Thank you AV Quest . . .

Terrible experience today with a Phlebotomist named Shiva. The appointment system was easy. I waited about 5 minutes at the lobby. I've been at this location a few times now and I've sat with a different tech each time. I'm 41 years old and I get my blood drawn 3-4 times a year from either a Quest location or at a Hoag clinic. I've been told a few times that my veins are small and with a larger needle it tends to roll, and I'll end up getting poked twice. So I've learned to share this information during each appointment, the techs usually appreciate the information and I would have a successful lab experience. I shared this information with Shiva and she was very dismissive. She said that's not always true and that it might require I get poked twice. I told her that I am only sharing information that I've heard from the past. She was defensive and asked if I drank some water because that definitely always helps but that she will still use the smaller needles. She was extremely rough when she placed the needle, and she was pulling on the tube a lot which felt like she was shaking the tubes. When she released the rubber belt it slapped my arm and all she said was "opps". My arm is bruised from the needle which doesn't usually happen to me. I am giving this place 3 stars because my past experiences were great, the appointment system worked well for me and I've never had to wait for more than 10 minutes. I would just recommend to avoid Shiva if at all possible.

I arrived at 9:30 am for a blood draw. It is now 10:06 and only 1 patient out of a waiting room full of patients has been called back. They tell you to make an appointment to avoid the wait but there are no appointments available any time I try to make an appointment on line.
