Happy to give 5 stars to Pacific. They were great to communicate with, were very professional and did a fantastic job on my carpets and were able to get out some stains that I was sure were impossible to remove. I highly recommend them and will refer to all my friends and neighbors. I've used several other cleaners over the years and will stick with this one as it was a great experience and I'm impressed with their work and friendliness.

We highly recommend Pacific Ocean Carpet & Tile Cleaning. From setting up the appt. to walking out the door they give exceptional service and quality cleaning. They have been cleaning our carpets for several years and have cleaned our tile/grout. Jesse and crew are very thorough and conscientious about working in our home and their truck and equipment are always clean. Pricing for each service gives good value for outstanding work.

I have been using this company for my carpet cleaning for years and have nothing but the highest praise for them! They are the best carpet cleaners I have ever had. They are always timely and the price is very reasonable for the hard work they put in from the minute they arrive to the minute they leave. Their pride in their work is evident! I would and have recommended them many times!

This is the third time I've use them to clean our carpets and rugs. Jesse always does a very thorough job and they look so good after he's done. This time I asked him to clean the cushions of our dining room chairs that my son has used as a napkin.. lol ew and they look practically new! I'm always very happy with the job they do. My carpets always dry so quick too! Thanks again!

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Jesse came out and did an amazing job! I had originally asked for them to come out and clean a large sectional sofa, and received a very reasonable quote to clean my bathroom and kitchen tile, so I went ahead and asked them to do it, it looks brand new! I highly recommend this company!

Jesse and Reena did a fabulous job on 20 year old carpet. It took longer to clean than expected because it was so dirty and they did extra cleaning to make it look so good! Very happy with the company- will use again!

Jesse and Reena did a fantastic job. I was impressed with the fact that not only did they pretreat but they took time to go over and over again some areas that were heavily soiled. The carpet was 20 years old and I had rented machines and did it myself a time or two but never had the results that their company did. I will call them again!

We have had our white couch cleaned by a couple other services and they left browning or were unable to get out the stains and Bill worked a miracle on our couch!! Two toddlers later and it looks great!

Beautiful work. Just moved into a house where I previously would not even sit on the carpet and now I would happily sleep on these floors. You can't even tell it was ever stained, amazing. Everyone was professional and kind.

Contacted Pacific Ocean to clean ceramic tile & grout installed 15 years ago and never professionally cleaned. Jessie explained his process using steam, set up equipment, and took care to protect walls & furniture. Completed in a couple hours and results were great! Wiped floors with wet white towel and walked on with white socks - 15 Years of Dirt GONE!
