I wanted to share my positive experience with Mission Auto Service and, specifically, with one of their staff members, Marty. Marty was willing to provide valuable advice that helped diagnose a problem with my vehicle, even though I did not have it with me at the time. He suggested tests that I could run myself and reviewed the results later that afternoon, taking the time to explain my options. I found his honesty and willingness to help refreshing and rare in the world of automotive repair. I highly recommend Mission Auto Service to anyone in need of a trustworthy repair shop.

We take all our cars here and have for years. I’ve seen the bad reviews and know there were problems in the past. They really seem to have worked things out under new management. I can wholeheartedly recommend our mechanic Marty. He is very honest and thorough and has worked on all our cars for years. We have followed him to every shop he has worked at and have never had a problem.

Great shop I would definitely recommend them. I had an issue that wasn't mechanic related they helped me trouble shoot on it for over an hour even though it was something they don't usually do and at the end he said it was all free and the info they gave me narrowed down the problem enough to where I could fix it myself. Thank you for the amazing service!

I did not do an auto repair here but my skimp (spelling may be inaccurate?) was destroyed and dragging itself on the freeway so I had to quickly find an auto shop.Right when I walked in, the manager took a look at it and knew what was up. Turns out when I got my oil change the day before at another auto shop, they hadn't screwed on the metal part back on correctly. He advised me to call them back and demand they fix it.I thanked him for the trouble and wanted to pay him, but he didn't charge me at all for the consultation.He gave me faith in humanity again. Okay maybe I'm exaggerating, but generous souls are so bloody incredible during times of stress. I felt so fortunate to have went to THIS specific auto shop. If it weren't so far, I would've made this my default.

called the store and the owner was extremely rude and when i asked for someone, he pulled the phone away and started saying obscenities and calling me names. extremely unprofessional and it’s a shame that they’re running the store.

I've always struggled to find a reliable mechanic in the past, but I'm thrilled to say that I've finally discovered one! I had the pleasure of Marty helping me with my car, and he went above and beyond thoroughly diagnosing my engine issues and providing solutions. He also generously guided me through preventive maintenance and essential care tips. The service was extremely helpful, effective, and quick. Will definitely be a return customer! Thank you!

I decided to get my oil change at mission auto service because of the great rating it had online. But I will never be coming back! This place is RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED. They will RIP YOU OFF. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Never take a car here. Brought my car in early morning to get an oil change for a VW. Quoted me about $100 for an oil change. Said it would be done around lunch time. Never got a call back saying it was done. Finally went to go pick it up and sure enough was ready but wanted to charge me a total of $150. Absolutely insane

DON'T TRUST YOUR ITEMS IN YOUR CAR!I left my car there for one day and the owner got upset when I transferred it to a cheaper location provided by my insurance company. I left my airpods in my car and one of the mechanics stole them from my car! Don't trust damn near anything in your car when you leave it with this shop. They also tried to charge me double the actual price for my car. DON'T COME HERE!!!!

Came in today to have my light replaced, it's a small thing but something I needed to get done ASAP. They were so accommodating and it took no time at all to have it replaced and I was back on the road. I go to them because of the service they provide and the quality of work and yes, the price is right, compared to other shops I've used over the years. Thank you Guys, you are amazing, don't know anyone I would trust as much as you. I highly recommend taking any of your cars to them, they are very honest/reliable people. Marty is the best Mechanic and a very super honest guy and so is the owner Rob.Thank you.Pam K

Unfortunately business has changed. Owner appears to have changed from wanting to help to wanting money and suggesting unnecessary repairs. It was great while it lasted but now time to find another reputable, trustworthy service center.

I don't understand the 4 1/2 star rating on this auto shop.I don't mean any disrespect, but the owner needs to retire.He is either forgetful or a liar. Dropped off our car Friday night... Never heard anything come Monday afternoon after we made a call....One day he says "I'm waiting on a part" the next day he says "I got the part, we're working on it" The next day he's "waiting on approval from your warranty..." to the next day he has "approval" then the next "I'm still waiting on a part" He was saying different things to me than he was to my husband each time we called for an update... because he didn't communicate. When I confronted him, he said, "You are mistaken, I never told you that."After 7 days, we picked up our car and found out it was ready on Saturday! Don't bring your car here. You'll be extremely frustrated by the lies, runaround, and lack of communication.

I came in to the shop today to get my car checked on because of an exhaust leak and I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received from Marty and Rob over at Mission auto service. I called drove my car down, and Marty brought the car on the lift and within a matter of minutes he was able to fix it. I cannot tell you how happy I am. I will be coming back here soon for my other vehicle.. give them a chance, I highly recommend taking any of your cars here very nice and honest people. And say hi to Marty! Hell of a nice guy!! -Joey

I scheduled an appointment days in advance when they said they would have time to do it, showed up and they seemed bothered that I needed it done in the time frame they had originally told me. Paperwork was everywhere and in plane view of anyone walking in, all personal information could easily get stolen. Getting into my car dirt and leaves on driver side, really disappointed with how my first and only visit went.Service: Oil change
