Within a week or so they relax ? most of the businesses around here should take a lesson in what good customer service is. Owner does a good job.”

I was unsure what size box to ship my belongings in and PJ was so kind and helpful, she offered a slightly larger box to make sure something specific did not get smashed or bent. PJ was wonderful!! “Called before I drove there. On the phone the staff were courteous and professional. I needed a Notary and would have been happy to schedule an appointment in the next day or two. On another line I could hear the staff ask a notary if she could come in, she agreed and said she was on her way from Lake Forest. Wow, I don't expect that. Before she arrived I got to chat with the staff and see how they treated customers. They were great. Beyond great. They treated me and everyone with respect and professionalism no matter how big or small the request. The notary was great. she to was professional, efficient courteous and just plain nice to talk to like everyone there. I was charged $15.00 dollars. I would have paid a lot more and I definitely recommend this business.”
