Working with KWSM has been a phenomenal experience for us. Our prior experience with marketing companies over the last several years has been disappointing, to say the least: the lack of urgency, of understanding, of effort, of competency.From the moment we were introduced to the team at KWSM, everything was different from the other companies we previously engaged. KWSM took the time to listen to us to not only understand our business but our industry as well (not an easy task given the niche market we occupy). They wowed us with a marketing analysis showing what others were doing and pointing out our strengths and weaknesses. We started with having them update our logo and website and were impressed with the range of options they gave us. From there, KWSM created some collateral pieces that we needed and just finished creating a comprehensive marketing plan to implement.Overall, the quality of the team is top notch. They deliver a quality product in a timely and professional manner exceeding our expectations. We are looking forward to a long and productive relationship with them. The whole team we worked with at KWSM was wonderful to work with! Redoing our website took less time than we would of expected and we always felt that we were a top priority for them. They were incredibly organized, on time and kept communication with us regularly. Anytime we had questions someone was available to answer them and take care of anything that needed to be done quickly. We were so happy with the final website and now that we're on the other side of it they are still providing the same great service as they did before. Would highly recommend working with them!
