I can't say enough good things about Veronica. She helped us with a really difficult and intense process to be able to finally made the dreams of homeownership in OC come true. We were turned down initially on the house we wanted to buy, but of course she didn't let that happen and due to her professionalism and negotiating skills and without having to pay more, we were able to get the house after all. I'm certain that if it wasn't for her we wouldn't have been able to get the house. The way she fought for us from start to finish to get us the best deal possible was impressive. Me and my family 100% recommend Veronica. We will forever be grateful.

Veronica had reached out to me the same day I requested info on getting a new place. She immediately asked important questions as to what the needs are for my family. She took all my info and the next day we were looking a homes. We were able to get into a home within the next 3 days. She worked so hard for us and treated us like we were her family. I highly recommend Veronica in any home needs you may have, you won't be disappointed. Can't thank her enough for her professionalism and urgency.

Veronica Ivy was referred to us by a close friend of ours. From the very first conversation we had with her it was nothing less than meeting our expectations, she was very informative, patient, understanding and nothing less than friendly. Tom O'donnell did not represent me and admits it on email. There is a check that he received outside of escrow made out to him - denies ever being paid. Has told many lies about this. In the final HUD he has funds going to relatives of his. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY AT ALL. His broker said no checks out of escrow, then when I showed him, has changed his story.

ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT CONSIDER THIS REAL ESTATE COMPANY TO BUY/SELL HOME IN FUTURE. I have worked with quite a few real estate agents in the past, and Thomas O'Donnell who is based in South Orange County, CA is ranked as one of the worst overall (e.g. representing client's interests, negotiating for equitable terms, customer service/follow-up, punctuality, communication, among others). A stark example of what to expect when you work with him (why would you?): after we closed on a property, instead of a final walk-through (which is what one would reasonably expect after working together for weeks/months), he left the keys in the kitchen and said he didn't have time to meet. Right when I caught him backing out of the driveway in his pick-up truck (wearing shorts and sandals, it seemed he was headed to the beach), I asked whether the termite-infested garage door would be repaired as promised. He responded "Not written in the contract, see ya." I called HomeSmart Realty immediately who referred me to Tony Faulkner. Speaking with Tony, he seemed somewhat concerned and said he would follow-up. However, 8 months later, I have yet to hear back from him. There are so many real estate companies to choose from, especially in Orange County, CA. Selling/buying a home is such an important event in your life and your agent is central in making it go smoothly from beginning to end. In this respect, Tom O'Donnell, Tony Faulkner and HomeSmart Realty have failed miserably.

When Tony says, " Make it a Powerful Day." it keeps you motivated especially as a vendor. It's nice to be motivated at all times to be at the top of your game 'cause Tony is always at the top of his. His meetings are always great to be part of. You can see he has surrounded himself with top performer, ones who know how to help the home seller, buyer or person seeking advice on a career in real estate.

Veronica has done so much for our family, She helped my aunt get a house before the holidays. Also she helped them buy their very own first house!! This woman here is the best, she is patient, has a great attitude and she is very clear about what is going on. She helped me and my family get a house, after so many closed doors, we were finally about to give up. Until, she kept pushing and pushing, we got our house!! I truly recommend her to anybody. Very impressed with Tony Faulkner at HomeSmart, Evergreen Realty office in Aliso Viejo! His meeting was funny, engaging, interactive, super motivating and much more! He was very uplifting. I even took some notes for myself I will benefit from! It's been a long time since I've seen anyone show such energy and passion for our agents as he demonstrated today. All eyes and minds were on Tony. The agents were engaged and participated throughout the meeting. He is outstanding!
