the manager or the cashier of the store was rude and incompetent, without even welcoming she just said we cant go with drinks. then she let us in but was watching us all the time after. when my friend tried to test a basketball, she immediately came and told us to leave?? how are we supposed to test the ball?? i think that she would not act like this if we werent teenagers, and we were not even goofing around or anything. the same lady with a heavy accent told us to "pay for our stuff and leave" and that "they are too busy for this" when the only thibg we did was just bounce the ball like 5 times. this is strabge vecause there were other adults and she wasnt as attentive. honestly, it makes such a bad impression we dont want to go there anywhere we also never had this problem before. none of the other employees said anything so it sound like she was the problem.

The lady who owns the store is super weird. I'm in my 30's and it's not like I am some kid who is making a scene. She followed me around the entire time. I went to self checkout and she literally was trying to do it for me and I said "I got it", while she started to touch the stuff I was buying. I was super uncomfortable shopping here and literally I'm never coming back. She's really creepy.

Guadalupe helped me do self check out and she's so sweet. I browsed and then bought some candy. I love Haribo gummy bears and they are only $1.50'per bag Everything is $5 and under!! They have a wide assortment of everything from towels to balls. The staff is very attentive and will help you find whatever you need.

We were not let in because we came with a bike and are race when we came in when the Lady that kicked out was not there we we’re perfect kind and when we tried to re-enter, we were kicked out by a different worker because of are race

I like the way this location is organized compared to other 5 Below locations in the area. I was able to find most of what I was looking for without too much difficulty. None of the items that they advertised were available, but I didn't expect them to be based on their popularity. Their grab and go snack section is chock full of fun stuff. The one place where they lose a star is employees. They were friendly, but it seemed like they were overly social with each other at the front of the store, when there were things they definitely could have been doing to make the store look a bit more organized.

I have made my mission to call corporate and every day and make a complaint because I really enjoy shop here expect last week I got something and don’t work I lost receipt you know I t happen but I had the package and everything and ask them if there are anything the can do for me Manger come down seems to be annoyed and didn’t even see hi she just you don’t have receipt we can do nothing didn’t offer anything like store credit also five below it is 2023 do yourself a favor and make lockup receipt with card possible any way I I went to e el toro store and the did store credit for me. And the were nice and friendly and the store was bigger way bigger and better plus I had fun shopping around

I was trying to purchase some cand, when the dumbass old store worker kicked me out because another kid was causing a ruckus. unbelievable how old people treat us young. I don't think I will ever come back to this shitty store.

I came into the store to buy some things I needed and the second I walked in, this female employee with brown hair looked me up and down and rolled her eyes. I was very confused but continued to proceed with my shopping as I notice she is walking very close behind me. Every aisle I go into, this female employee follows me. I turn around and see her glaring at me. I feel very uncomfortable but because I have experience working in retail I tell my boyfriend, "I think she thinks we are stealing because she keeps following us." Of course she us close to me she overhears this and yells, " IF YOU ARE GOING TO KEEP OPENING BOXES I AM GOING TO HAVE YOU LEAVE" I reply, "what boxes are opened mam, the box my boyfriend is holding is closed" she then gets her manager who seems apologetic but because his employee had come to him in a state of emotional distress he tells us " I am going to have to ask you to leave because my employee said you guys were talking back to her" I reply "how is standing up for myself talking back? It is morally incorrect to falsely accuse someone of something they didn't do I would really appreciate if you guys check your cameras to see I'm telling the truth." Do not recommend coming to this store the brunette female employee is highly emotional unstable.

I've been shopping at this store for years and I've never had any problems up until this employee started following me into every aisle, quite literally breathing down the side of my neck. I'd turn around and see her right there behind ne just glaring!! As someone who works in retail I could tell she was following me so closely because she thought I was Stealing so I tell my boyfriend, "I think this employee is following us because she thinks we're stealing" then she yells at me "IF YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO BE OPENING THE BOXES I AM GOING TO HAVE TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE" so I say "excuse me, the box my boyfriend is currently holding is closed?" And she just continued to yell at me "I KNOW YOU GUYS ARE STEALING I CAN GET YOU BANNED" I was completely shocked because I hadn't done anything wrong. She then proceeded to get her manager who seemed apologetic and told me "hey look I don't know what is going on but I am going to have to ask you to leave my employee told me you were taking back to her" I replied "how is standing up for myself talking back? I beg you please check your cameras because it's wrong to falsely accuse customers!!!" I filed a report and will most likely have to pursue legal action if I am fling to wrongfully banned for something I did not do.

I enjoy this shop. Though more geared for children. Prices for drinks and candies are fairly reasonable. Some items have slightly inflated prices compared to their quality. Electronics here are poorly made, so don't buy any. The cosmetics department is fantastic. The quality of the nail polish is excellent.
