The pharmacist Lily is extremely rude and lazy. We got there 5 minutes before closing and she refused to give us our medicine. Did she not take a medical oath, or is that only real doctors? She should not be dealing with people. i will first address this with management, and then I will be calling corporate to do whatever I can to ensure she is fired. I urge you to take your business anywhere else but here.

Most of the staff I talked to was rude, condescending and unkind, I felt like they'd rather scold me for not knowing everything than do their job and help me.

I take several medications. CVS keeps refilling meds that I have up to 2 months already. I've called and complained and requested NO refills without my request and absolutely don't contact my dr for refills without my request for months and they keep refilling

I had a appointment at 11:50 am and I Arrived 5 mins late. I apologized and asked if I could still be seen. The lady at minuteclinic told me it was fine but 1 patient was ahead of me. I waited a whole 45 mins to hear from the horrible lady that I would not be able to be accommodated for my appointment. I could not believe what I heard, I wasted almost a whole hour to be told that I could not be seen. I will be taking this up with the manager and the way that she was unapologetic had me livid. Don't waste your time like I did. This was by far the worse experience I've had with any medical appointment

I wish there was a way to give minus to these group of …. They took my RX and all the information needed asked me to wait 30 min then after 30 min of wait they say we don’t have it in in stock and need to order it .. are you serious now?? Your communication skills is below zero and you need to learn how to have respect for other people’s time

CVS is one of my top ten places to shop !!! I get my prescriptions there, makeup, hair products, greeting cards, vaccines etc. The staff are very accommodating, friendly, supportive, help me find items, quick at the register. Pharmacy also !!!!

Customer service in the pharmacy is a disaster. I went online to transfer my prescriptions to CVS because I changed my insurance and they were listed as a preferred pharmacy. The online instructions stated that I would be contacted when my prescription was ready which could take up to 3 days. After 5 days I called and inquired about my status. I gave her all the information that I had already given online and she said she would call or text when it was ready later that day. I called the next day since I never received a call or text and was informed that it was ready. I went to pick it up and the clerk asked me if I was aware of the cost and I said it should be no cost according to my insurance. He confirmed that I was right and said they have to repackage it and would take 5 or 10 minutes and they will call me (I assume over the store speakers) when it is ready. After 15 minutes I inquired about my prescription and could see that it was sitting in the outgoing bin but nobody bothered to tell me.

Pick a different pharmacy, this one is very slow, innefficient and with poor customer service. They called me to say my medication was ready, then had me wait an hour to receive the meds.

The pharmacy portion of this store can be busy, just as you'd expect from any other pharmacy located inside a busy city marketplace would be. The pharmacy employees here are competent and understanding. Every time I've purchased RXs at their pharmacy counter, the pharmacy employees checking me out have always been SUPER accommodating to me when I mention having digital/physical coupons from GoodRx and my CVS rewards care account (they can look up your phone number and apply your saved coupons just like the store cashiers can do). They let me apply ALL MY DIFFERENT COUPONS COMBINED. I actually think they enjoy seeing their customers get their RXs discounted at the counter lol. I've never had an issue with a coupon at this pharmacy, and actually, the pharmacy employees have always suggested cheaper options or cheaper choices available to me if they see something on their end that I can't. I really appreciate that about this pharmacy.

Lady is rude. I called to inquire about my sons prescription and she said "oh you buy those over the counter" uhm no I dont not. My pediatrician is prescribing for a reason. Dont speak on something you dont know.

Very weird experience at this CVS. I popped in just to grab some aspirin, walked to check out and nobody was up front. Both of the self check out spots were taken, there was a button at the empty cashier desk that said if you need a cashier press this button. So I pressed it, a young Hispanic female employee came out and looks at me and says oh both of the self checkout are open if you want to use them. And I confusingly look at her and say, no they’re both taken. One of the customers on the self check out was leaving right as I said that, she said that one’s open. I have used the self check out before and it usually is convenient at other stores. But the CVS self checkout is terrible. It always asks for an employee to come over and fix some thing and the screen is all glitchy. So I told her no I would rather you do it for me, she looks at me and says OK well I have to help the other customer first. On self check out. Like I said she had to go clear something on the screen because their self check out is all messed up. After she fixed it and came to check me out I literally felt like I was inconveniencing her and felt almost bad like I shouldn’t be asking her to ring me up. She was all huffy puffy and looked very annoyed. When I said thank you, she didn’t even say anything back to me. Very unprofessional and very rude. Also has like 6 inch fingernails which are absolutely disgusting and should be a workplace grooming standard.
