Horrible customer service. Had an appt at 10am and 30 minutes later, they say oh sorry the person you were supposed to open an account with called out sick. Well why the hell did no one call me and tell me this?! Do they not know that there are other banks that actually want my business. When I asked one of the tellers why didn't anyone call me, she said I don't know I'm just a teller not a banker. I said I understand but you know I can take my business elsewhere, she pointed to the door and said go ahead and do that. What the heck is that kind of response from anyone!!

Warning don't bank with chase bank. The employees at the bank provide absolute horrible customer service. I went in wanting to open New accounts and looking to invest. First they entice me by saying you can be our private client after depositing my money. They scheduled me to come in and talk to the banker and investment person . I had to meet with them three times and they was not giving me direct information and they are not hearing me what I am asking instead of giving me false information about investment about the bonds even though I don't wanna invest in the bond and Ii keep t wanting to invest in the CD money market, they wested five days of my time . They are con artist Kept my money in the saving account almost 20 days and stopped taking my calls. I have not received any of the information regarding my new account or the private bank card as they promised,to deliver immediately. Two weeks went by I still didn't receive and finally I decide to close my account. When I went to Chase Bank in La Paz, they direct me to go to Alica creek location. When I arrived there, they were asking I D and Atm card . I gave them my driver license and my passport and they kept asking me give me my ATM and I told them I don't have the ATM they didn't never send it to me, and they refused to give me my money when I ask to speak to the manager she came, she was really rude , she refused to listen to my concern still kept Asking me give my Atm , once again i told her Did not receive a Atm Manager was harassing me and refused to give me my money and she started to walk away . Management provide horrible and dishonest service. Not recommend bank at chase!

Absolutely the worst service ever. (Exception was Joshua that went above and beyond to remedy the issues, however they were beyond his control or authority). Would take pages to explain, but to summarize, we went in to have a wire transfer for a home purchase from a CD and the teller and bank manager totally messed it up. Was in the bank for two hours on Tuesday and they could not fix. I was told by the bank manager it would be handled the next morning and she would call me at 8:40 AM. No phone call so I arrived at the bank at 9:00 AM. The bank manager was in the back trying to resolve THIER ISSUES. It took another hour to finally get it handled.....so I thought. Wire transfer was issued, however the paperwork to show the funds were from my CD were not included. Had to return to the bank twice on Thursday for additional paperwork, take the paperwork to Staples to scan and email to mortgage company. To add insult to injury the bank manager stated we instructed them to do the wire transfer in the manner which caused the issue. Nothing could be further from the truth. We handed the paperwork from the escrow company directly to the teller along with specifics instructions. This was 100% the fault of the bank. Additionally I filed a complaint with the Executive Office of J.P. Morgan Chase Bank. All told including driving time and time in the bank, I spent over eight hours trying to resolve the issues by their lack of attention to detail. I never received an apology from the bank manager. However, as I mentioned at the beginning, Joshua was genuine and did his best to resolve and provided the paperwork on Thursday and apologized profusely for all the hassles. I am a Chase Private Client with over 30 years relationship and will be pulling my investment accounts and other accounts due to their incompetence.

Had to go into the this bank on Friday 8/11/2023 because my phone was hacked last Thursday. The hacker changed my Chase mobile app password so I had no access to my account. Needless so say I was stressed beyond belief. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me on Friday but he was very helpful. He helped me get back into my account. Fortunately nothing was taken. Then I had to go back to Chase on Monday 8/14/2023 because the hacker decided it would be fun to schedule crazy payments to some of my credit cards from my Chase account. I spoke with Joshua and he took care of the situation by calling the fraud department for me and explaining everything. Fortunately everything was caught in time and Chase already suspected something was not right. So glad they took care of all my issues and blocked the suspicious activity. Had the same account since about 1992. I've seen my bank go from Great Western Bank to Washington Mutual to Chase etc over the years. Ups and downs for sure with the previous banks but Chase has never let me down. Thanks so much guys! Glad I bank with you guys!

WARNING: DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE IF YOU WANT TO USE CREDIT CARD MILES. NEGLIGENT ADVICE AND 1k DOLLARS LOST. I recently (on the NEGLIGENT advice and guarantees of a Chase travel "expert") lost 1k dollars in points. A travel expert from Chase moved all 80k of my points over to United (a "trusted travel partner of Chase") with the promise that I could use them to book a flight from LAX to Europe (the flight was unavailable though the Chase booking system, as many are). After 6 HOURS on the phone (lots of transferring my calls around bc nobody knows that they're doing there) and endless guarantees from numerous travel/point experts at Chase who PROMISED me that I could use my points to book the flight I wanted through United (btw you can't really book flights though Chase with points bc they only buy batches of flights for you to choose from (Chase travel customer service told me this) and they have terrible taste -- 50h travel time from LAX to Europe level bad). SO the Chase rep moved my points over to united and united won't let me use them (silly policy thing) AND CHASE WONT TRANSFER THEM BACK TO ME. BYE BYE 1K IN POINTS!!! I am now deep in the appeals process and deeply saddened by my experience with Chase (which I chose, due to their "great" travel points). 0/10, would give it less stars if I could. DO NOT BANK W CHASE IF YOU WANT TO TRAVEL. ps (unrelated incident): Took me 45mins to book one domestic flight w a Chase travel expert (takes me all of 30s on Southwest website) -- this is the only way they ACTUALLY give you 5x points on flights tho. TOTAL SHAM OF A COMPANY

Have been using Chase for the 16 years, however it has become almost unusable to the level absurd. The support staff on the phone is not capable, rude to the level of hanging up on the customers with no explanation. Security measures are something good, however when combined with ignorant and underknowledged phone support staff become really big problem. The assistant manager lady in the Aliso branch is ignorant and incompetent at the least. Luckily one of the bankers in the branch has taken my case and after struggling for 15-20min on the phone with their home office, he was able to help and resolve my case after me spending hours on the phone and finally being sent to the local office in person. Did not see name tags in the branch, so cannot provide any names, but thanks to the banker who helped me. So if you think banking can be done purely on the phone - you are wrong, even with one of the prime banks in the US.

Not a review for this particular Chase bank just for Chase bank in general. Stay away. They are the worst. Very unethical and don't care at all about long time customers. I missed a reoccurring payment fir my streaming service ( $65) because they never sent me a bill. As soon as I found out I immediately paid it. They put a mark against my credit and refused to remove it. I never have had a late payment in my life. They claimed they sent me an email of the bill and a reminder of the payment due. When I asked them to send me a copy of these emails ( that were never sent) they couldn't/ wouldn't. They are the worst bank to do business with and couldn't care less about their customers. Very poor business practices. Will never have anything to go with them again.

Great branch! Just FYI, the hours for Saturdays are incorrect on Yelp. The bank closes at 2pm not 4pm.

There is a reason this location has 3 stars. The short black haired manager denied my Identification and my social security to pull out funds, then said 100 was the most I can pull out without an ID, which I had. They refused to acknowledge my identification unprofessionally, and felt confident with their job security as they are screwing with their own employers, the consumers and customers who use the bank. Very usnsatisfacory, they were confident to give me their buisness card when I asked for their name, so I refused, as she smiled getting pleasure from not helping a customer from chase. What a horrible way to treat other people.

Horrible dealing with Clients. Not detailed in their conversation and assumes you can just come back at a time convenient for them. Very disappointing. Randi is great there but the other client service folks are either not trained or just elusive in process to get something executed. Not sure how someone that faces a client for business says something is going to take too long. When I asked how long was long...she said 45mins and she has a client in 30mins so she could start but not complete the request. She requested I make an appt. Like I have all the time in the world. Prefer not to enter this branch. horrible communication and service. Hope the branch or area manager reads this.
