I took my car to super service of Aliso Viejo after visiting my usual and favorite car dealer for some repairs. My regular dealers price was in my opinion much higher than I felt it should have been. Afterwards my son called Super Service and everyone there was very polite helpful and inviting I got a little lost on my way there and was late for my appointment still they took my car in and had it back to me before the end of the day The price I paid was considerably lower than my dealers quote. My car and I are very very pleased with Super Service of Aliso Viejo ??

Great service. They kept me in the loop from start to finish. Inspection report sent out with detailed info about each item, including pictures from my car and the various tests. Estimates for each item were clear. Dion, the service advisor, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks also to Jack, who gave me a lift to/from home, and all his good info, too.

Brought my Toyota 4Runner to get serviced and had a good experience. They did a full inspection and itemized the repairs in a clear and organized fashion. Also were generous to provide transport to and from the shop. I recommend this repair shop.

I always choose to have my car serviced at Super Service of Aliso Viejo. First, their customer service is top notch. Their text service repair video's and pictures of explanations of what needs to be repaired is fantastic. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of and I trust them fully with all of my repair needs.

They were able to fix my steering wheel clicking no problem! It was super pricey but thats to be expected nowadays. I appreciate them for fixing the problem quickly though.

Don't fall for the overall rating published here, the management is really pushing the customers to leave review here. I took my 2007 Camry here in Sept 2023 knowing that I have electrical or ECU problem. I took my car to 3 mechanics before going to this shop. All told me I have electrical/ECU problem and they are not doing to electrical, but they don't do electrical work so asked me to go somewhere else, and refunded me the money used for swapping parts. I found Super Service of Aliso Viejo by googling for electrical repairs. Before taking my car there I even called the front desk and gave him all the info of former repairs and diagnostics. They charged me for 1hr diagnostics, and chief technician told me my car is failed on compression test and need to replace the engine because the pistons are warped , claiming that other mechanics did not know what they were doing and just throwing parts, he told me my spark plugs are cracked because of oil leak. He said changing spark plugs are not going to resolve the issue, but when I insisted on pricing the quoted me for $280 (I did not do it because the price was too high). I left the shop and the car was in a worse shape (shaking).
I went to another shop just to change the spark plugs for a lower cost, and told them the story of my car. The new guy offered if he fix the car he will charge me for diagnostic, and guess what he problem was? ECU and connector going to ignition coils. The same problem as the first 3 mechanics told me. I put 10,000 miles since then on my car, and it's been driven very smoothly.
Bob, the owner of Super Service of Aliso Viejo reached out to me about my experience at their shop and I told him this story and he never reply me back. They are reaching out to you to see if you were happy and if so, asking to leave a 5 star review.
