Took my car here for a toyota recall and they were late to my appointment, moved my car to a different schedule causing a delay in pick up time, told me I didn't need one of two official recalls from toyota. Nelson was doing a few other tasks when handling my situation and provided poor service.

Overall a decent service visit. Was a bit of a wait processing the line of cars to get serviced, but I didn’t mind because I understand the situation with low staff due to Covid. The only issue was that the the service tech did not contact me to let me know my car was ready. I dropped my Car off at 9:30am and did not get any communication by 2:30pm. I tried to contact the tech but I did not get any response. I decided to get a ride back to the dealership to see the status of my car. I saw that my service tech was at his desk and approached him to ask about my car. He was on the phone, so I just waited patiently in front of him. I got no acknowledgment, and he continued to speak on the phone for another 10 min. I just expected a simply courtesy of a wave or put the client in a short hold and tell me he will be right with me. This was my first visit here, I usually go to another dealership in Orange County and get much better service there. This location was closer to my house but I think I will be making the drive back to OC for my service needs.

The service was done smoothly with the only main issue being the wait time. However, that’s understandable as they had a rush going on. My biggest qualm was when I called the day before to schedule an appointment, the person on the line did not set up the appointment despite agreeing. So when I arrived, there was no appointment under my name.

When I approached the service department there were a few gentlemen greeting customer off the bat! The service there has always been very good to me, Lizz was the person who helped me and it all went very well. She had already helped before so I have no complaints about her. She was helpful, went out of her way to give me some info about some repairs I needed for my car and was very patient. Thanks Wondries for all you do for the Alhambra community and even those who come from out this city!

Great service all around! My car started billowing steam and was leaking coolant, so I didn’t have time to make an appointment. But my car was still assessed that same day, and at every step of the process I was given detailed information about problems with my car and the recommended repairs. The service representatives sent personable and informative texts to keep me posted, and now roughly 48 hours after drop-off my car is in great shape. I was even given an unexpected “goodwill discount,” which was much appreciated. Highly recommend for both routine maintenance and repairs!

I have a new Toyota hybrid, a few times I have taken my car to fix a flat tire. I was told that the have nitrogen for my car tires. But they lied, many people told me lies and put regular air on the tires. When I ask the Gavin the manager why they lied to me. He said the staff lack of training. I’m very upset.

Wondries Toyota is an excellent dealership. Their service department is top of the line and totally professional. Since I bought my Toyota, I've never had it serviced anywhere else. And I've owned several Toyota's (all were serviced at Wondries), and never once did my car have to stay overnight at the dealership. Their service department is fast, friendly and professional. They call you by first name and are extremely knowledgeable about the best way to service your car. Next time you need to service your car, try Wondries. Ask for Kanika!

They were able to accurately asses and repair my long existing and annoying problem. The service advisor Kan was very helpful in providing additional required service at a exceptional value. He has proven by past experience to be very knowledgeable and helpful, which means a great deal in earning my trust in who I depend on for service and repairs.

Service and work here is outstanding. Nelson and Chris Solis are the best to deal with when servicing my cars. My whole family has Toyotas, from Prius to Tacoma. And we always get our cars serviced here. I would definitely recommend this place and recommend Nelson and Chris as your service reps and technician. We recently had an issue that was out of warranty and Toyota gave us a discount on the repair because we always maintain them through Toyota.

Good customer service but it took three hours to do a basic oil change, I made an appointment because i wanted to avoid the three hour wait time but that didnt make any difference. I got there 20 min before my schedule time but i still went in 20 min after due to the line of cars. be prepare to wait for a couple of hours regardless if you have an appointment.

My salesman Raul took the time to help me find the perfect vehicle for me. He took me on an extended test drive, pointed out all of the new features and showed me how they work. I ended up choosing the 2018 Camry. The general manager David Lin came in to check on me multiple times, and was heavily involved in helping me find the right financing option for me, even though my credit is average at best. After choosing my vehicle, the entire process took less than an hour. My salesman took the time to make sure my family was comfortable, provided us with food and refreshments, and really rallied with his team to make sure my experience at Wondries Toyota was top notch. This is how buying a car should feel folks, Wondries Toyota sets the bar for all dealerships.
