Completely unprofessional staff . We called before arriving to see if they have the car that we wanted, the worker Jesus assured us that they have it . We drove for 45 minutes and when we arrived there was no car to be found and then he brought paperwork and show us completly different model then when we askes if he thinks that its the same car that we called for and asked he stayted that its not a big difference. Horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone to take drive there and lose your time . Scammers!

I showed up at the dealership because my car was close to breaking down and it was time for a new one . As soon as I got out of the car I was greeted by a nice man Jesus Betts . He made it very easy to look around at the car that I needed. Took a test drive and I loved the car. Jesus Betts and his manager John made our experience very easy and explained all of our questions when we came back the next day to purchase the car. Everyone was super helpful and I would definitely go back for another car when it's time. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou

I've serviced my car at Wondries Toyota for 15+ years. The service had gone downhill drastically in the past two years. The last time I took my car to them was in 2021. We waited for 30+ minutes in line to drop off our car. Our service advisor was a young lady who had no idea about cars. She called us to pick up the car, but went on lunch right after that. We waited at her empty desk for an hour because nobody else could help us except her. The estimate she handed over to us was over $2,500 for suggested repairs. I was in shock. We followed the manufacture recommended service schedule at Wondries for 15+ years and never had this happen. Other than telling us these repairs did not need to be addressed urgently, she had no other information. To top it off, they got rid of their shuttle service, even though we live in the same city as the dealership! It was an easy choice to drive an extra 10min and take my car to Longo Toyota where I am valued. It was a good 15+ year run at Wondries, I hope you get your original service advisors who actually know about cars back.

Wondries Service department sucks. They take triple the time to service your car. Even if you have an appointment it's still 2 1/2 hour wait for an oil change. I asked service advisor Isaac Perez why they have appointments if it's going to take that long. He said with walk ins and the cars already in the queue. Basically it's first come first serve. So don't bother making an appointment a walk in that shows up 2 minutes before your appointment time will get his car done first. Sounds ass backwards Wondries Toyota! Who wants to sit at a dealership for 2 1/2 hours or have the luxury of having another car and driver to pick the up be service and drop them off after their car gets serviced. Suggestion has techs for the allotted appointments and technicians for walk ins! bam there you go, problem solved. People who don't make appointments should know they are going to have to wait longer not the ones who actually make appointments. Never had this problem at manhattan beach Toyota. Maybe you guys should call them and ask them what they do differently and copy their business model. Probably hundreds of complaints on yelp about the time it takes their service department to do work. Maybe hire more mechanics. These service advisors do nothing except ask a few questions print a piece of paper for you to sign and sit there and joke around with each other the rest of their day. Mostly the service advisors are do noting all day but looking at all of us waiting

This place is awful. I don't really feel like getting into it, but they made me wait 3 hours for basic maintenance service and no one acknowledged the delay. They were playing Christmas music in January too. A nightmarish, purgatory-like experience.

No water, coffee, car wash , or pick up/drop off offered. It's not worth the $120 for the oil change, tire rotation and "multipoint inspection".

Loved dealing with thus dealership! Their customer service was topnotch. I took my truck in for service yesterday, and I was left with such a good impression I wanted to buy another car. From intake to pick- up every part of the process was pleasant, and seamless. I didn't personally have to pay for the service because of insurance, but I talked to a couple of folks and their service was affordable. Angelo, and the front desk guys were awesome! The facility was clean, and they had decent coffee. Thank you so much for the service Toyota!

BUYER BEWARE!! Bait and Switch tactics! Spent several days in communication with Keiry and their USED car sales team coordinating on price and a test drive date and time. Finalized a Friday 3pm test drive. It takes almost 2 hours to get to L.A./Alhambra on a Friday afternoon from south orange county, so before I left for L.A. I texted Keiry to confirm my 3pm appointment for my test drive and she responded with a yes. Apparently they had already sold the car earlier that morning and made no mention until....they knew I was already halfway through the bumper-to-bumper drive to L.A. and couldn't check my text messages. Once I got there to Wondries, after this fiasco, the USED car team tried to remedy the situation by...wait for it....switching me over to the NEW car sales team and bait and switch me and sell me a new Toyota with an overpriced lease! Unbelievable. I will never come back to this dealership.

I had a great experience from the very start. I found the car I wanted on line, I contacted the sales person that was recommended to me. Jorge Cervantes contacted me and we set a time to meet up. He greeted me upon arrival with my chosen car sitting up front ready for a test drive. We went inside to an amazing showroom and was treated like the only customer in the place. I was walked over to the finance office where my wait was short. Signed all the paperwork and left with my clean certified used car. Not only do I highly recommend Jorge Cervantes but Wondries Toyota. Signed, Another satisfied customer

My family brought two 2023 RAV4 from this company. The second one was defective but the dealership is not able to give us a straight answer when it can be fixed. It has been almost two months. Still no date. Do not buy from here.

Service departments pricing is outrageous. Scheduled service for a 2014 RAV4. Was quoted $120 for a synthetic oil change! $60 for a cabin air filter! $60 for a normal engine air filter! $60 for windshield wipers! I mean seriously? I ended up going to Autozone. Bought new windshield wiper, cabin/engine air filter, oil, oil filter for $100 even. I went home did everything myself. I bought this car from Autonation Irvine just over a year ago. I was rotating the tires at home and ran into a stripped bolt. Came back to the dealer because I live up the street and asked them if they could gut it out for me quickly and I'll be on my way. $250 they wanted. Service man told me they will need to remove the brakes etc. How the hell would u remove brakes if the tire is till on the car? Left and went to some small tire shop on Valley Blvd. $30 and he was done in 5 minutes. This place sucks and preys on customers who don't know any better. They have 2 stars for a reason. AVOID
