By far the worst branch. Especially the mortgage person that lady is behind incompetent. I placed a complaint and of course Wells Fargo took her side. I’ve taken my business to Chase. Don’t go to this branch or that person save yourself the headache or working with incompetent people who will only waste your time.

So disrespected by so called female manager. I walked in before noon today and that person came up said I need to use ATM. Told her I'm depositing into the account that is not mine. She said she understood and repeated use ATMor go somwhere else

When the line reached me I indicated that I needed to open my safe. Then teller didn't tell me that the procedure had been changed. I waited for a long time at the window near the safe. Then another worker came and said if I needed to open my safe, I'd have to wait in line! So the first time I stood in line for nothing and I need to stand in line again! What’s wrong with your teller ?

There's usually one to two windows open and when I see more people in Windows is because they're doing their own work, training new people. This bank is the worst, I feel they don't care much about customer waiting in line.

Needed to settle an issue with this bank, we were previously turned down by another branch due to staffing issue. We’ve decided to walk in in in this on 1910 W Main St in Alhambra CA.Again, we advised to set up an appt but I insisted we need to seen today. I approached this nice gentleman & he helped us out .A lot of bad reviews with WFB, but Hong Taing went over & beyond.He is very pleasant & showed genuine interest in helping us . Hong saved the day! He guided us to the right path; my husband & I are forever grateful for Hong.

Sigh. i hate the Monterey Park location on Atlantic. always a line, few tellers open and no one who gives a darn. so i thought i'd try this branch. it's 2pm on a Wednesday. 8 in line. two tellers open. zero movement for 10 minutes. three people in operations one scrolling on his phone. no acknowledgment of now 10 in line. i hate banks these days.

I tried to call this branch on Thursday. No one picked up. I then drove 30 minutes to go to this branch and found out that it was closed. No reason given.I did the same thing yesterday. Called and again no answer. I drove over there and then found out it was being closed for renovation. Question to management - why can't you leave a voice mail or let clients know that your branch is closed?

I ordered currency at Wells Fargo in Alhambra. I was told it would be available for pick up by the 13th. I go at 2pm and they say I will get a call before 5 since they were waiting on FedEx. I receive an email at 8:17pm that my currency has been shipped and will arrive by 4:30PM on the 14th! Why the f*** would I need it once I'm on the plane! So upsetting!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Three times last month I literally "ask the manager "to put more tellers at the windows, seeing there were 16 people waiting in line. But NOT once did she even act on it. This bank needs a lot more training on customer services and New management

You can see the two star rating for this bank and it really speaks for itself. The experience at this branch is super shot. No sort of management working the line or managing wait times and the tellers seemed like their forced to be there and could care less about providing any sort of solutions the tellers are just ATMs you can talk to. The worst part is Wells Fargo customer care sends you to the branch for services that when in store they don't offer.

I have never been inside. Just at the ATM outside. Plenty of parking. I have not encountered crime here before.
