I had the worst experience today I was discriminated against by Miriyem Mendez the manger there she was very rude to me and violated my rights I was in disbelief of what was happening and she knows very well she was wrong for how she mistreated me. I asked to speak with her boss and I was told to call corporate and find out. Just because of they way I look and how I was dressed which was a casual day for me made it difficult for my family friend to withdrawal money from his account and yet I saw a man who was also there to withdraw a big amount yet the employee who assisted him said he can not take out a big amount without his wife’s signature because she is the account holder . But the employee suggested him to close his accounts to receive all funds from the accounts to avoid having his wife be present and yet me and my friend were getting interrogated for 2 hours and mistreated by Wells Fargo employees because we are Hispanic

Customer service is great at times. They have been really helpful at times and sometimes nice to me when I go in here. The service is slow. If I don’t have sufficient money in my account to pay a bill they overdraft me. So I think the bank needs to eliminate fees. Long lines around noon time the wait is taking too long over 10 minutes. Sometimes the bank tellers also suggest there own things without asking them for any suggestions. There’s no A/C sometimes it is too hott in there. The bank tellers don’t give more than 1 roll of quarters when I ask for two they said I can only give you one. They should offer more things in here like waters and candys to handout if we are going to wait more than 15-20 minutes. This bank can be better and it has been better they remodeled and inside it’s looks really nice. But service is still too slow.

worst service ever. Drove 150 miles to open a business account. They refused to open account saying they don't see a house at my address. They must be blind dumb. They say there a museum there. Well what they expect when you own a ghost town and live in it. It was a such Oscar Escobar working there.

Just adding more to the already negative feedback for this branch. I have no problems with other branches, and I usually have no issue having to wait 5 minutes at any location to have an employee come meet me in-person to verify my identification there. Over 15 minutes wait is honestly excessive especially when I was told by its unfriendly service manager by the name of Diane to wait in line for a window clerk and then their system lagged or froze to be able to verify me. I’ve been a WFB customer for over 40 years. Wells Fargo Bank, NA, this should be your next branch on the chopping block. Ridiculous ?

By far the worst branch. Especially the mortgage person that lady is behind incompetent. I placed a complaint and of course Wells Fargo took her side. I’ve taken my business to Chase. Don’t go to this branch or that person save yourself the headache or working with incompetent people who will only waste your time.

So disrespected by so called female manager. I walked in before noon today and that person came up said I need to use ATM. Told her I'm depositing into the account that is not mine. She said she understood and repeated use ATMor go somwhere else

When the line reached me I indicated that I needed to open my safe. Then teller didn't tell me that the procedure had been changed. I waited for a long time at the window near the safe. Then another worker came and said if I needed to open my safe, I'd have to wait in line! So the first time I stood in line for nothing and I need to stand in line again! What’s wrong with your teller ?

There's usually one to two windows open and when I see more people in Windows is because they're doing their own work, training new people. This bank is the worst, I feel they don't care much about customer waiting in line.
