Sonia and this other guy were very unhelpful and snarky with me. I asked if they had my prescription in stock and they said yes but I have to wait 24 hours for them to call and transfer my prescription. CVS does this within minutes so I didn’t understand if it was Walgreen's system/server or they were just lazy because it was the end of the day. They claimed it was their policy/system.
Next day the pharmacist told me they gave my prescription to someone else and is now no longer available. I explained to the pharmacist what happened and there was no empathy nor did he seem to care.
I called a different Walgreens location and they had my prescription transferred and ready within MINUTES. 24 hour policy, huh? Never coming here again.

It is terrible customer service at the clinic. My father had an appointment and they refused to give service because they don't want to work. They treat their patients poorly!

The pharmacy staff is so rude, I was calling in a medication for a patient and the guy that answer starting making fun of the patient. He is so disrespectful , I don't see how this guy is still working at Walgreens. Please re-train this guy at the pharmacy how to give good customer service.

Very unprofessional and unorganized pharmacy department. As i read previous reviews i noticed a common theme. I too had trouble picking up my prescriptions at the promised time, very aggressive reps in the pharmacy, and unclear communication. Seems like they need more staffing or a training on bedside manner.

Deceptive placements of products. Why would you put a label that doesn't match the actual product?! This price sticker SHOULD NOT be under MiraLAX but under Walgreens store brand. Surprising customers when they check out is not cool but shady practice. Actual price for the MiraLAX brand is $13.99 + tax. Be careful everyone.

Horrible pharmacy! Watch for the girl karla in the front who attends you. Will literally tell you the medicine would be ready in 30 mins and never receive a call from them. I came in to pick a medicine that should have been ready 30 mins after the fact that she told me it would be. I came back at 6 pm and she has the nerve to tell me its still not ready. I confronted her about what she said and tried to lie to me and pick an argument with me. Told me it would be ready in 10-15 mins and told her i would time it this time. Why all of a sudden it was ready.

I've had so much trouble with refills of a certain medication which I've been taking for over 25 years, because Walgreens had been billing my insurance company incorrectly (that's what Walgreens told me). I was also told that my insurance company was not paying for the full amount prescribed. I just spoke to my insurance company and that is not true. Also, a couple of months ago, I received a notification indicating that I had medication ready. Only to find out it was a medication for either high blood pressure or for cardiac issues, which has never been prescribed to me. When I called the pharmacy, I was told " that was probably a mistake". Seriously? "Probably a mistake"?

Hit or miss. Came in for Covid vaccination today. This would be the 3rd time here. 1st was great, 2nd wasn't great in regards to wait time and today is 3rd. The guy behind the window is so skittish and behind the plexiglass and his mask, could barely make out what he's asking, but once the pharmacist was ready, mission completed with ease.

The check-out staff was very friendly and fast and always accurate with the purchase. There is nothing wrong with this store with vary selection of products, cleanliness of store was also impressed. There was a guy, a customer at checked out line behind me upset about me wearing mask. He faked the coughing twice so it seemed to me that he wanted me to know that he was upset. Why you still wearing mask and***** and you should have no mask unless you are sick....etc. And he assumed that I came from one of those country that brings Covid here...well I have the right at public wear or not to wear mask. On the same token the staff wasn't wearing mask noI don't upset because it's not require to do so. I gave 5 stars because this staff serviceand this store is A+. But this Ghetto side of Alhambra be mindful of those idiot customers with their ignorance.
