Worst cuatomer service for pharmacy services, pharmacist will make you wait 20 mins and have you get in line all over again to tell you to come back 3 days later. The drive thru physically works they just don't want to use it. Will be transfering mt rx out!

Deceptive placements of products. Why would you put a label that doesn't match the actual product?!This price sticker SHOULD NOT be under MiraLAX but under Walgreens store brand. Surprising customers when they check out is not cool but shady practice.Actual price for the MiraLAX brand is $13.99 + tax.Be careful everyone.

Horrible pharmacy! Watch for the girl karla in the front who attends you. Will literally tell you the medicine would be ready in 30 mins and never receive a call from them. I came in to pick a medicine that should have been ready 30 mins after the fact that she told me it would be. I came back at 6 pm and she has the nerve to tell me its still not ready. I confronted her about what she said and tried to lie to me and pick an argument with me. Told me it would be ready in 10-15 mins and told her i would time it this time. Why all of a sudden it was ready.

I've had so much trouble with refills of a certain medication which I've been taking for over 25 years, because Walgreens had been billing my insurance company incorrectly (that's what Walgreens told me). I was also told that my insurance company was not paying for the full amount prescribed. I just spoke to my insurance company and that is not true. Also, a couple of months ago, I received a notification indicating that I had medication ready. Only to find out it was a medication for either high blood pressure or for cardiac issues, which has never been prescribed to me. When I called the pharmacy, I was told " that was probably a mistake". Seriously? "Probably a mistake"?

Hit or miss. Came in for Covid vaccination today. This would be the 3rd time here. 1st was great, 2nd wasn't great in regards to wait time and today is 3rd. The guy behind the window is so skittish and behind the plexiglass and his mask, could barely make out what he's asking, but once the pharmacist was ready, mission completed with ease.

Love the pharmacy techs, they are the reason this gets any stars. They are amazing but the Pharmacist likes to take his sweet time. Checked online for my prescriptions at 9:40am. They said in progress. Got there at 10:30am. He said it would be 20 minutes. Went back up at 10:48am. He said 20 minutes. I am now late for my appointment.

All my prescriptions are here and I use the drive thru whenever I see a short line. It's really convenient to pickup although at times there can be a long line it's not terrible. The phone system is great, it reminds you about prescriptions and even lets you request refills without having to go to your primary doctor.

Super lame. I appreciate their drive thru pharmacy but their vaccination clinic service sucks. Dont come in on time thinking you'll be in and out. You line up for 4mins before showing the appt details. they get your ID and vax card, let you wait/hang around the pharmacy. 20mins later, they call you back (you still have to line up) only to hand you a form to fill out. If youve been here before, its a covid disclaimer + allergy declaration + voluntary agreement to get the vaccine. I submit the form and am asked to sign a receipt for the medicine. Another 6 mins pass and they still havent called me into the room where they administer the shot. Cmon Walgreens Pharmacy, i know 5pm-6pm is busy but you gotta give your patients a sense of care. Plus some people who are covid-cautious prefer not to stay indoors too long with non-masked customers. * I got called 9mins after submitting the form. I was let in the room and the vaccines administered in 3mins. I asked about a flu shot record (to show at work or whatnot) and the nurse said he will ask in the pharmacy. Waited another 8 mins and saw the nurse who administered my vaccine was entertaining other patients. Maybe he didnt get to find out. Who knows. I already left. I needed to get dinner started. TL;DR / MORAL OF THE STORY: if you think you'll be in and out for your flu shot or booster shot, think again. Allot 1 hour for the whole thing, especially for this Walgreens branch. Lots of parking on their own lot and this is conveniently on the corner of Fremont and Main st.

I mean, it's a Walgreens. I don't expect too much, unless I'm in the Waikiki location. The inside was clean and cold, which was nice in the summertime. I did not use the pharmacy, just the over the counter Children's Tylenol. All the shelves were fully stocked. I chose the house brand medicine, because it was more affordable. The cashier was friendly and the transaction was easy.

This is easily the worst pharmacy within a 10 mile radius. I had a couple of prescriptions transferred here because the other pharmacies were no longer accepting the GoodRX discount, and I can see why this pharmacy needs some sort of leverage to have people come in here because otherwise there would be no reason. Honestly I will probably just pay full price to not have to come here. Sometimes they are closed when they're supposed to be open, if they are open they are always rude, there's really just no reason for this place to exist.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their president says covid booster vaccine is available for eligible people but not updated at the store. Can't get it on Sunday, the day 2 days after it's been cleared by the FDA and CDC. Apparently the Alhambra store hasn't been updated. Waste of time setting an appointment and coming here because apparently the company president doesn't know what he's talking g about

I have been shopping at Walgreens for years for my prescription and other things my wife and I need for the house and other things. The prices are great to compare to other stores I rather come to Walgreens.
