Very knowledgeable about their field and products, they are friendly and service oriented. I've brought in 2 guitars now and they were attentive and both guitars were taken care of without any problems. So glad to support this small business especially especially because they provide quality customer care.

Amazing service very knowledgeable and have a great selection to choose from I recently purchased a guitar and the string hight was not to my liking and they took it to the back and fixed it perfectly....must check out
