Way overpriced phone cases and screen protectors. Verizon gave me a code to get a discount on phone case and screen protector and this place didn't honour it.

Went in for a technical question. The gentleman who helped me, his name is Joe. He looked into my account and tried his best to help me and helped me with my phone and fixed my account. I went from paying $135 on my old outdated plan. Joe helped me drop it to $95 for a better plan. Thanks Joe!

Store was well taken care of and the young lady who waited on me was very knowledgeable, she knew exactly what I needed and took care of me right away. In addition she was friendly and made a nice business appearance. She should be considered an asset of your company.

Antwione was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He made sure I left with all the accessories needed for my new phone and wasn't too persistent like other sales people. He provided me with all the information needed to make the best choice that I wanted. Would definitely work with him again

Amazing Atmosphere, clean , non packed store. The workers in the store are very helpful welcomed me as soon as I walked in. Brianna helped me out and asked me a bunch of questions to get me all types of discounts. helped me save money on my bill and left in a hour Very helpful thank you Alhambra staff .

I also had a bad experience, trying to charge $39 to activate my new Galaxy watch. This is their job...to help the customer their device. Why have an accessory if you can't activate it without being price gouged. Verizon will continue getting paid their monthly activation service so why charge an activation fee? Plus being a Verizon customer for the last 20 years You would think they would have more loyalty to their customers. SMH
