Horrible service!!!! We have a redelivery letter yesterday, we came here at 9:00pm, waited 40 minutes for the line, and tell me that they don’t know where the letter is!! The Asian woman was very slow and unprofessional. I hope your supervisor can improve your staff training. Bad attitude and back service!!!!!!

I made an appointment here a few months ago to get my first passport. I was dreading having to go but because of Michelle the postal worker my dread turned to delight! Michelle was wonderful she was friendly and patient and made the whole experience a breeze! I will say this the Alhambra post office is lucky to have her!! Thank you so much Michelle, your bright friendly personality really makes a difference! Promote that girl!

Holly Mollie, Michelle with the pink nails went above and beyond to help me ship a package. It was my first time ever, and she made it completely effortless. This caliber of associate is very valuable to establishment such as a post office or any corporation, she needs to be at the tippy top, she is genuine, caring, energetic, empathetic, everything everything you would want and somebody helping a family member. I will never give my money to another post office.

Michelle in the passport Dept was the absolute best!!! We filled out the wrong form and had to scramble to get some info, she as patient, kind and funny. Michelle is gem! Will definitely recommend people come to her for their passport needs.
