“I had a really good experience yesterday 10/24/25. I had a bad experience at a different Kia location even though I was ready to finance and then came here. I spoke with Joe Ruiz over the phone to get a quote. Joe was able to meet my needs and gave me the quote over the phone. I showed up and he honored the quote without any tricks or bait and switch. He was very knowledgeable, took me seriously and moved forward with the vehicle that I wanted. He was even cool when I switched the vehicle car color. So I walked out with a brand new Kia K4 EX.

And in the end when it came to GAP insurance he was actually very honest and told me that because of the down payment I made, I didn’t really need it.
