Today, I went to mail a trench coat to North Carolina (chapel hill) using ground commercial service, and the cost was \\$28.16. I used a small UPS cardboard box, which added an extra \\$10 to the cost. A small box cost \\$10! Next time mail something, must remember to bring your own box.

Returned Amazon package here on 7/2, 2 out of 5 of my items was lost and return label was mixed up. 2 months later Amazon told me they never received some of the items I returned. So now I have to eat up the cost.

This store is by far the best UPS location in the area. I’d rather drive a little farther to come here than go to the store closest to me. The service is always reliable, quick, and professional. The staff is friendly and efficient, and David in particular always goes above and beyond to help. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and it makes every visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location!

UPS lost one of my legal documents and returned another via slow mail — a very frustrating experience caused by the UPS system. While this UPS Store wasn’t at fault, David took full responsibility to help me resolve it. He was proactive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Really appreciate his support

The employees are really nice. Even though my mom doesn’t speak that much English, every time my mom went there and posted letters, they were really patient and help my mom with good attitude.

Horrible customer service. Had issue where worker forgot to put shipping label over my old label/address so my returns all came back to my house. Called and spoke with Camilla who said she was manager. She laughed and said she’s never heard of such thing, insinuating I made it up and that their employees don’t make mistakes. She was so rude,condescending vs being apologetic for the inconvenience. When asked if there’s anyone above her I can speak with, she rudely said there’s only owner who never comes in so she’s as high of authority as customer gets it. Never coming back so unprofessional. People like her will ruin your business. No sense of customer service as manager.

The people at this store hustle. There are a variety of services offered, and I know there are times when it gets pretty busy there, but the staff is very hard working and do all they can to serve everyone. David went above and beyond to help me with color copies. I would recommend!

Don't go to this UPS to print anything, literally charges you an extra 2 bucks to use their computer for 30 secs to print a document for 15 cents. Go elsewhere like office depot or staples instead!

David was excellent at helping me get my package shipped. The 2 star review is due to the poor behavior of the woman employee. She is about 25 with curly hair and glasses. Her behavior and unwelcoming attitude left me with such disappointment. Instead of helping when I asked her a question she just stared me down with a straight face. I quickly noticed her agitation and smiled at her in order to alleviate her gross discomfort. Maybe it was the sudden rush of customers or the screaming baby. At any rate, when working customer service one needs to maintain a professional friendly demeanor.

This is my first time to go to this UPS store. I used to go to the one closest to my home, but because I haven’t been there for a long time, I don’t know that their attitude towards Amazon returns has changed. All the recent comments are There were bad reviews, so I didn't dare to take the risk, so I came to this one (it's quite far away). Because the one I went to before closed at 7:30, so when I found this one on Google Maps, I thought it also closed at 7:30. In fact, it closed at 7:00. When I got there, it was already too late. For about two or three minutes, Ed was helping a customer copy something. He told me in a nice manner that they were closed. I was surprised and asked him if it wasn't half past seven, and then asked him if he could help me this time. , scan two return codes for me, because it’s the last day. Because other staff members were also busy, Ed still told me in a good manner to let me wait. Then when the other two staff members finished helping others, it seemed that they communicated through the distance, and I returned the favor. When I didn't respond, Ed asked me to go over to the counter and someone would help me, and then David helped me! David was also very kind and helped me scan the two return codes, and told me that I should thank Ed more, haha. The people are very nice and have a very good attitude. I am really grateful to Ed and David. I have no regrets and luckily I chose this UPS!

Most professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They go over and above in service. The manager is friendly and great with employees. Clean and well stocked.
