The last 2 times I have done a pick up .. items have been missing ..
I have not had this experience with other pickup locations
Did call customer service to get my money back
Yet it should not be responsibility of customer to track items for them
Buyer beware of pickup orders and products missing

I was very unhappy at my last visit to Target. Kelly M was extremely rude. I had another associate help me with a few items to return. It took some time since I had to pull receipts from my app. I offered to move aside to find the final items and so associate can help others. When moved aside, Kelly M told the associate helping me ' you know you can refuse service". Referring to me. It is the job of customer service to deal with returns. Kelly M then helped me. She took my Id to give me store credit for the last items. When she ran up the item it clearly showed up in the cash register for credit. She then scoffed grabbed the item and passive aggressively tossed them to me saying 'you need a receipt for this." After she had already taken my id to give me atore credit. It was obvious she was irritated by my returns I asked to speak to manager because she was being rude. Her response was that it was on ME for feeling that way not her. The manager helped me and I got my store credit. I was so irritated by the interaction that I did not want to stay to buy the items I needed. I just went to Sprouts to get my groceries. I will no longer go to my neighborhood Target.

Staff are extremely rude and I helpful. Won't honor polices and returns that are listed on their own website.

They have a lot of things to buy at this store. But I couldn’t find air purifier filters.The self checkout is better more convenient but too slow machine are short only 10 items or less not all are open. A little bit amount of cashiers open for the the amount of cashiers there is. It just looks too crowded inside every time I go inside. The employees look at me weird every time I go inside they don’t even greet me or say nothing to me. Prices are too high at this store!

I live right down the street from this one and it used to be open till midnight. I started doing a lot of grocery shopping there because of that and the self check out made quick trips to the store simple. I really dread if I need to go there lately. Besides the weird fact that the Alhambra Target doesn’t have the selections of items that the others have. Now for some reason they close the self check out earlier and earlier. Now it is 10 pm and all the self check outs are closed. I always have a few items now and have to wait in lines that curve out to the main isle. I despise coming here. They make closing announcements at 10 pm to 11 as if they would rather you leave now. Shelves are always empty, with cartons still there which is trash now, it’s dirty. So disappointing. Me and my friends and neighbors were always shopping there, at least 3 to 4 times a week. Now, it sucks. What happened?

The volume of the music in the restroom is too loud, 1/4 of the store is now one giant refrigerator just to have more fresh items, and the clientele are horrible, dangerous drivers.
