Walked in today around noon for solutions on the issues that haven't been resolved from endless T mobile customer online chats or phone calls. All gentlemen in this store were nice, especially Jimmy and Ronald. They listened to the issue and guided me directions for better communication. I followed his guidance and was able to FINALLY settle everything! Thank you all for your kindness and generosities!

This is an authorized dealer, or a 3rd party T-Mobile company. The review is for this location, NOT my experience with T-Mobile Corp. I might update the rating if my billing issue is still not resolved... *Update, after 8 months, the T-Mobile executive team finally resolved my billing issues. Quality/Quantity - Have had nothing but billing issues since we switched over in May of last year, 2023. I am happy with the cell service, but there has been NO corporate customer service as of yet. See above update. Everyone is friendly at the stores that I have visited, but at the end of the day, I need my billing corrected. Atmosphere - Very small, almost hidden, location in a mall. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm, and Sundays from 11am to 6pm. Plenty of mall parking; I parked next to the police parking space, see picture. Service - 5 stars for the service at this location, everyone was friendly. Eddie and his manager Kevin went out of their way to help. We spent approximately an hour on the phone with customer service with Katey. Katey then introduced me to Philip via email. Let's see after 6 months if someone can finally help honor the rate they quoted! 1 star to corporate T-Mobile, as I am still having billing issues! And NO one responds to any of my emails! *See update above. Very surprised and disappointed that a large company like this has made false quotes and promises so far! Price - 8 months of over paying. Almost double what they quoted and promised. Yes, I have a paper trail that I will be submitting to Philip. *Update, Philip never responded to my emails... Owner Comment - How does a company this large quote a price and lead a customer on for 8 months and NOT honor it?

OMG I am been waiting so long and the guy keep chatting with the customer!!! Then I came back and this lady cut the line and the guy didn't care and assisted her , this is terrible customer service

This review is way over due. Jim was helping me with trade in my old iPhone for new one with promotion. He is super patience and honest delivered what I needed. He is quick as well text and we'll communicate. Come to his service then you'll never disappointed. Thank you.

Poor service. Unhelpful. Walked in to apply for one line and apparently the staff decided it's not worth his time. Please avoid this place like a plague unless you want to pay $100/line per month. What a joke!

My 80 year old mom went in to set up her new iPhone and they were very rude, inconsiderate and had her wait for 1 hour without offering her a chair! I agree with the other customer who gave the Alhambra store a 1 . I run my own business and you should treat people with respect & especially treat an elderly person with some dignity. I will never go back to that store.

i went to buy a phone and asked to see the newest iphone and the guy didn't understand what i wanted to get so i asked to speak to the store manager.i waited for a few minutes when the store manager came up to me and started talking very,very rude and not professional at all!he also was talking down and yelling at a really nice guy that worked there.my friend that came here a few day's ago and this same store manager was once again rude.t mobile in alhambra has left a horrible experience for me and my friend.we will never step in there again.you guy's need to get a nice,helpful manager or you guy's at t-mobile doesn't care about their customers

My parents and I popped in on a busy Saturday to ask about a T-mobile promotion and Ronald was happy to help. He explained to us the program as well as the increased cost to our super grand fathered plan. In the end we didn't proceed with the promotion, but I appreciated his transparency and his patience in detailing the pros and cons to myself and to my parents. If we ever need any help with our T-mobile plans and upgrades, we'll definitely come back.
