Woke up super early on that Friday morning to go draw blood at this Sun Clinical Lab at 925 S. Garfield Ave in Alhambra Town. Got there around 7:15 am. As I was driving a short block from there on side streets , I saw this elder Asian gentleman walking kinda fast looks like he was tryn to get somewhere fast? Well folks he walks up just as I was standing at the entrance door , turned to me and said, You #1 I am #2. I said to the man. That's right Sir. Smiling back at him. So ,.at that point as the time came near to get our number once the nurse in charge put them out.....I grabbed the numbers, 1 and 2, gave the older gentleman my number 1 and said to him, you are no #1 and I am #2 Sir with Respect for age. The moral of this story is to give up to seniority, it feels better to a knowledge.and Respect your elders for that's the way I was raised, with Respect, this is another Review of Morals raised rite for it's the Old School in me. YEAH BUDDY!! ORALE

As with many Chinese run businesses, they prioritze practicality over service. As a Chinese person, I understand how that works, but as a customer service professional, I will call out poor service experiences when I see them. My experience clearly fit into that category. Due to some unfinished data on the insurer end, the lab needed me to call the insurer to get that settled, but the way I was told to do that was borderline rude. I also witnessed another patron treated similarly. These folks, while efficient, need a heavy dose of service training to come to par to similar experiences ive had elsewhere

even 1 star is too much! The Lab like a joke? It should definitely be inspected and look like a real LAB! it would be better if the Lab was in the garden in the tent:)) We thought we were watching a comedy movie!:)) there was such an UNHEALTHY environment that we watched in amazement!!:(( when we left there we were still talking about whether what we saw was real?

This location, just like every other Sun Clinical Labs location, is dirty, overcrowded, and run by the most unprofessional "healthcare" staff I have ever dealt with.

*I've been getting my blood sample drawn at this particular location for 10 years now. The Chinese technician is very, very skilful, friendly and efficient!?!? The 'Men's Room' is always clean too.*Usually there's a relatively long line at 8:00am as most people want to get it over with their required "fasting" and be able to get breakfast as soon as possible. To avoid wasting time to wait in line, I've found out that I would be the only one there when I arrive around 11:00am.

Came here to have blood work done for my four year old daughter. It was quick and easy, bathroom was pretty clean. Parking was okay, and they also have an elevator or you can take the stairs. Wait time and blood draw all together was less than twelve minutes.

As it is the labs are small and not very well maintained but I went to 1048 S Garfield at approximately 2:08 pm and the door was closed so I turned the knob to open it and there was someone waiting and told me they were closed for lunch and open at 2pm, it was past 2pm. A few minute later Emily (that’s what she said she name was) opened the door and was complaining at who kicked the door, I told her no one kicked it I tried to open it, she was very rude and kept talking about who kicked the door and was saying couldn’t we read the signs on the door ( 6 or more papers on the door) and that she was eating and why didn’t we see the signs etc. That lady needs to be written up, poor customer service and a messed up attitude, I was looking for a corporate email but their site is useless, Emily you are rude if you hate working with people get another job biatch

I want to give zero star to the lab tech who wanted to take an extra 30 min lunch today and reopen the lab at 1:30pm when clearly, their business hour is from 1pm to 5pm. Patients are starving and npo.

Horrible phlebotomist!She never changes tissue and tourniquet between patients, so I asked her both last time and this time when I went there to get my blood sample. She changed, but she intentionally made me bruised! Why am I saying this? Last time, she stuck my left arm first and said she couldn’t get enough blood and switched to my right arm. After I got home, my left arm was bruising like this. And this time, the same thing happened to me again! After I requested her to use new tissue and new tourniquet for me, she did exactly the same thing to me.What a snake! She should get fired!

Horrible staff that yelled and refused to do the trst nor call the doctor office that sent me there. No English which made it alot harder. She then went to sweep the floor instead of trying to figure out the issue. No one else was there to help.

Unexpected smooth experience! The inspection site is small, sure, but the division of labor is clear and efficient! It was much faster than the one that was further away. The registered lady is very kind, very gentle,clear and here can speak Mandarin! Great experience ~ but the toilet here is really small, does not affect the use of~

Very unpleasant and disrespectful staff. If I could rate this establishment zero stars, I would. Couldn’t even bother to try pronouncing my not-so-difficult name and just addressed me as “you”. In addition, they were very dismissive and just bad attitude all around.
