I was contacted from an authorized Charter Rep Promising " As long as I have this account open It will be locked in at the rate of 49.95 per month. It was raised to 54.95.within 6 months. All I get is the wait 57.16min so far. There is no record, no recourse.in India. do not get Charter. they bounce you aroundlike a pin ball. They are so big they don't care.

Bad experience!! I waited in the store for three hours with only two staff members and one who was on the phone and didn't work at all! A lot of people waiting, very inefficient !!!! Bad place !!!!!

Spectrum was good before and is not good now. My mobile phone cannot send email. I called Spectrum, different people gave me different answers for same question and none of them were working. One guy told me to go to Spectrum store to reset and trouble shoot my mobile phone. So I went to Spectrum Alhambra CA. First guy Chao pushed me away and said customer service does not want to work and send people to store. He told me to down load something at home. He refused to do it and claimed it will take 5 hours even I was willing to wait. He always asked a female Huang questions, so I asked Huang to help me. She told me that Chao has more experience and refused to help. I went to third person Michael, he said it was not his job. He told me to go to Apple store. I disagree and he refused to help me. Until this moment no one in Spectrum is helping.

Long lines, you see several reps, but only one serving customers. Service slow, machines not working. Take action, change your provider when opportunity arises. Complain, wow to corporate, give reviews.

The staff is inefficient. Very lazy. No matter who feels it. There is no one in front of the bill. Have to wait 30 minutes. The staff have been going to save people.

Wait time was extremely long on a Saturday afternoon (1.5 hours) HOWEVER, the 5-stars is for Mr. Luo, En. He was able to help me out in cutting red tape & getting new service. If there is an official website to provide employee reviews, I'd like to fill one out if possible. Thank you!

My brother is a new customer of Spectrum and he used to live in Northern Cali. His employer paid all of his internet bills. He moved back to LA now. He was planning to start the internet service , then the customer staff said the current holder is my father. My brother asked to terminate father's acct and create new acct under his name. The customer staff said just because the son and father relationship, my brother cannot get new customer promo. The customer staff said my father must disconnects his acct for at least 30 days or my brother has to ask father to file a tenant- landlord lease agreement, in order to get this new customer promo. Isn't that ridiculous? We are considering ATT now.

Terrible service. The fat male staff wearing glasses is not friendly at all. He speaks loudly to push customers get service done quickly. Most importantly, this guy misspelled my father's last name, that's why my father's Emergency Broadband Benefit is still pending. I have paper monthly statement to prove the misspelled name.

1 Star on this location can't we give -5 stars ? AWFUL customer services here, big fat white guy forgot his ugly name Oyseml or something extreme bad attitude , shouting yelling spoke super loud to seniors. Many ppl complaint about this location and all truth !! This place so bad

What a joke this business is, they weren't open when I passed by at 500pm on a Thursday. Actually this place looks closed because the main sign on top is missing they only have a sticker sign on their door plus it's all the windows are blacked out but the lights and furnishings are still there. Again what a joke because on their website it doesn't state they are closed for good. I had to return a modem to them but ended up going to a UPS store to send it, what a waste of time.
