I bring two of my trucks here .I love the fact that the guys here work both on new and old vehicles.Theres always some really cool builds to see.Harout is very knowledgeable and always provides great service.Ive already recommended them to a lot of my friends in the overlanding community.

Thank you to Harry for getting my 2020 Jeep Sahara back running smoothly, my Jeep was wobbling real bad & he did the necessary repairs & exchanged parts!! My vehicle now runs smoothly I appreciate the honest work that was done !!

100% recommend them. Mazda down the street wanted $2770 to repair my car with book value of $4000. I took it to Shepard's for a second opinion. Harry was very genuine, looked at the car, saw the issues, etc. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Here is my experience:
Mazda: Headlight is fine, the ballast is out. That's $950.
Shepard: Let's try a new bulb first. That's $280.
Reality: Shepard charged only $240, headlight works fine so far.
Mazda: One engine heater hose is broken, the others look old. We'll fix them all for $950. New coolant is an extra $210
Shepard: Just fix the broken one for $200. Coolant is $40 (no labor charges to pour fluid in a tank).
Reality: This car has >165k miles on it. It ain't gonna live long enough to need every tube changed out.
Mazda: You also need new brake fluid. That's $190. And a fuel injector service for $30. And an air filter for $50...
Shepard: (Sticking a finger in the brake fluid) looks good to me.
Just my experience, but hopefully this is enlightening.

Honestly, I can’t say enough about the professionalism and kindness of Sam and Harry at Shepards Auto shop. I drove in with crippled work van, Sam figured the problem out, Harry was more than helpful making me understand the repair options and costs involved and in few hours I was able to pickup my van in great condition. The cost of repair was fair and within the initial estimate.I’m very pleased and would strongly recommend Shepards Auto services.Services: Steering & suspension repair

We have been going to Dave Shephard for about a year now with our 2017 Traverse. Dave is knowledgeable, caring, very honest, dependable and reasonably priced. He will not try to con you into having work done that is not needed and when he fixes something, it is done right. I look forward to many more years of him taking care of my vehicles.

Amazing work! I had the guys put a lift and bigger tires and new wheels on my Bronco. Their work was excellent, very reasonable pricing, and their expertise was invaluable. When I called looking for a quote they were super helpful and recommended I add upgrading my tie-rods while putting the lift and wheels/tires on, it was so helpful to have their expert opinion and help guide me to do the work correctly. They have a customer for life in me and I will continue to use them as I continue to upgrade my Bronco!
