One cashier and 14 people in line the week before Christmas.Lots of employees on the floor...I counted at least an additional 4, but they let us wait and wait without concern...gonna order online from Nordstrom next time. Who is in charge here? Why do you hate your customers?

This is a really great location because it's convenient and you can swing by if you're grocery shopping at Sprouts. However, this store does not carry everything Sephora has. They don't have the full line of Dior here and they don't carry Gucci makeup. In any case, still a great if you need to swing by to pick up something in a pinch. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. I came in to get shade matched for a new foundation and the girl who helped me was very knowledgeable in her recommendations. She even offered me samples and not once did she push me to buy anything, which I really appreciated. There is also ample parking here, even though the parking lot can get kind of hectic during the afternoons.

Horrible experience!!! I went with my mother and no one bothered to greet us and acknowledge us. Sephora really needs to work on their customer service. I was color matching my mother for a foundation and the girls working there were just looking at us. Not once did someone come up to us. Once we found a foundation we moved on to the fragrance section. A young lady with glasses approached us and asked if we need help. She was the only one I seen helping people. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get her name but she was awesome! From the girls in the color section to the girls in the crash wrap, they were all pretty rude. I used towork at Sephora and it was pretty disappointing to see there lack of welcoming and customer service

This is by far my favorite Sephora and has been since they opened. Staff is always welcoming and ready to help out. I went into the store on a busy Sunday afternoon and had Gladys help me out. She was extremely knowledgeable with all her products and was so patient while helping me find the right color for a new foundation. Highly recommend giving this location a try.

Went there last night with a friend and as we were leaving I grabbed a cleaner to remove makeup swatches on my hand and a worker older Asian lady yelled at me about accidentally grabbing a brush cleaner to spray on my hands, I told her oh sorry and she continued to yell at me to learn how to read labels and make sure I grab makeup remover! I felt so hurt that she yelled at me about something like that. I don’t know why this store has her working there with that attitude to customers. It was my first time there and I will not be back.

I'm a big fan of Sephora although this store seems to be out of many items often. I've started to order more frequently online to avoid that issue. Staff friendliness, professionalism and readiness to assist customers is a hit and miss. I normally make my purchases without assistance, to avoid interrupting the staff that is gathered at the front entrance grabbing it up. I love the products so for me it's easy to overlook all those things when I go in there. I bee line to what I want to purchase, make my way to the register then bee line out of there.

Stop selling beauty products that reek havoc on our endocrine system and wreak havoc on our bodies with such toxic chemicals and passed them off as beauty products when they're ruining us.

My go to Sephora spot! The workers are always so friendly and helpful I always get greeted and have all my questions answered as soon as I walk in. It's clean and even the samples aren't smeared everywhere and missing like most places.

I had my makeup done here for a performance. It was amazingly done by Yesenia. She applied some mermaid green eyeshadow on me. Very beautiful. I love it. Thanks.

The staff are kind inattentive but they don't have all the things that the bigger Sephora's have so I gave them 4 stars
