This shop has great customer service and communication. However, when I picked up the vehicle I noticed one side of the bumper was completely loose which was surprising as this was the main area being repaired. And the tailgate lever was incorrectly installed. They were able to fix it that same day but I was just confused how nobody noticed a loose bumper. Other than that they did a great job.

Perfect experience from beginning to end. They worked with my State Farm insurance so I only paid my deductible. My car looked absolutely perfect after the repair. They were able to get all brand new parts (car doors and mirror) for my repair. Customer service was top notch with almost daily updates on my repair progress. They completed my car even earlier than expected. Highly recommended!

I made the claim at 3 o’clock on a Tuesday. At 4 o’clock, I drove to Seidner’s And they took care of me before they closed. The part came in 4 o’clock two days later. I brought the car in and they fixed it by 5 o’clock. In 48 hours, They did a perfect job.

I took my car in after it had been stolen, recovered a week later and needed repair. Jeovanni made the process easy. I received regular updates and my car was ready early. I thought I’d have to schedule a deep clean of the interior after because the folks who stole it didn’t leave it in the best condition. But I didn’t need to because when I picked it up, it was like new. They had taken care of it. It was such a relief. I highly recommend working with Jeovanni at Seidners!
