Very tidy, nice and neat. Prices are on the higher side, there is parking in the back but street parking may be easier. Mostly clothes.

Im not sure what is going on with the pricing! One of the cashiers was not using the book to scan and ring me up. She was also putting men's clothing for 7.99 on tank tops that were clearly women's clothing. Definitely not following the prices!

Came here once and one of the employees was putting away merchandise while on the phone talking really loudly. The conversation she was having wasn't appropriate either. I was waiting in line to pay and the cashier asked her to come help with register because a line had formed. The employee that was on the phone said "I need to go get my glasses". The employee that asked for help then said "you're the manager" Then that employee clocked out....so the manager of this store was having a telephone conversation all loud and inappropriate for everyone to hear and treating her employee unfairly. lol

I came to donate some stuff, and the guy that was outside taking the stuff was extremely rude. He didn’t even help me carry heavy boxes or anything. I will not be back here ever again.

The workers are efficient and helpful when you donate, but state regulations put in place during Covid can throw a wrench in the process. I'm not exactly sure how all of that works, but in my case, the workers were able to help me quickly. This location is large and has a wide array of clothing and furniture.

So close to home but have never checked out this Salvation Army Thrift Shop until very recently... 3 stars!!! Compared to other thrift shops I've been to, this store is on the smaller end, and about 80 to 85% of the merchandise is dedicated to clothing. Only a small section is for the furniture and housewares. I happen to be on the hunt for an antique plant stand and perhaps an antique dining set. Why buy brand new when there's probably better quality furniture waiting for a new home! Although I didn't find these items, I'll be sure to come back soon to check out what becomes available. The store is pretty clean and organized, thanks to hardworking staff. There should be plenty of parking at the front of the store on Main Street, but there's also a parking lot at the back of the store. This store also takes donations in the back of the store for household items of yours that may need a new home.

No dumping! That's not fare for the people that work and their motto. Bring you Mr gently use goods and they will take care of the rest. There are people and needs outside of the first world so let's make good of reusing goods. This place has a large parking lot, good flow of traffic and easier to get it done then goodwill. Let's make this world a better place! Together.

Whenever I'm going through my closest clean out phases, this is the only place I bring my items to donate to! The donation process is always very simple and is behind their storefront. I have never had to schedule an appointment or anything, I always just pull up to their back parking lot and drop off to the worker(s). The workers never really ask/say anything other than go to the trunk and help us unload the bags.

Lupe! You are amazing and made me feel so welcomed entering the store and when she rung me up she had this positive customer service attitude that I don't get often from cashiers now a days.

This review is only about my donation experience. Earlier today, I brought 6-7 bags of clothing and some other items. A friendly gentleman (sorry, I didn't catch a name but he was working on 6/27/23 around 9:30am in the donations area) came to my car and started helping me unload all my bags. He shared that today's his 1st day of work and that this was his 1st shift ever assisting with donations. This is my 1st time donating at this Salvation Army and it was an excellent experience. Thank you. Room for improvement would include redesigning the layout of the parking lot/drop off area. The way the cones are lined up made it difficult to drive up to the donation area. Perhaps the way it is is to have everyone parked in the smaller area and go back and forth, but this could be problematic when it gets crowded and people are coming in/out of the alleyway. #22/2023
