As a girl, it is really hard to find a decent mechanic that won't up charge you simply because you don't know any better. I've encountered this many times in the past but never with RAC Auto. Not only do they treat my car, as if it was their own, they are super, reliable, dependable, and affordable. You won't want to go anywhere else once you've gone to RAC Auto.

My car was shifting poorly, suspension creaking, and steering was weird. I took my car here and Robert let me know a couple of my engine mounts were in pretty bad shape and the weight of my engine was on everything else. Not even 3 hours after I dropped it off he calls me and says they're replaced and it's good to go. He noticed a couple other maintenance items to keep in mind and showed me what they were under the car too. Overall just seems like a nice honest guy. Definitely just taking my car here from now on.

I highly recommend this place for your auto care needs! I called to get a quote on my broken exterior door handle and the owner, Ryan, told me to come in person to get an accurate pricing. I arrived within 5 minutes and he was able to fix it immediately for free. Although my car issue was minor, I could see that he truly cares about his work. Service was quick and friendly. Overall, I am satisfied and will definitely be back for future auto services! Thank you Ryan!

I'm taking my cars to Ryan only. He's the only mechanic I came across who doesn't overcharge and over exaggerate the conditions of my cars. If one thing needs to be repaired that's the one thing he suggests we should fix. Unlike many mechanics who will try to rebuild your whole car just so they have business. Overall great experience at this shop

I will truly recommend RAC Auto Care to everyone I know. If I could I would give them a 10. I went in to get my driver's side headlight fixed and Ryan got me in and out quick, where if i went some else it would of taken them hours to do 1 light. Thank you Ryan for the amazing service.

This post was deleted from H & T Union 76 Service No 1 many years ago. Moving it to here. Such a bad experience I took the time to move it: Rude and poor customer service from the owner, Robert. They advertise a $19 oil change sign outside. I go in with my 2002 VW Jetta 2.0L and Robert tells me $32. I ask about the sign. He says that's for 4 quarts your car is 5. I say mine is 4 so can you do 4 quarts for $19 ? He says no take it somewhere else. I tell him that's false advertising. He says "yes, you're right". Completely arrogant and rude. I left. Businesses like this shouldn't be around these days

I came to the gas station and my car did not start so I went over to asked for a jump start and one of the older guys there said this is a business and it is going to be $25 to jump start your car I told the guy I will not give you the satisfaction to collect $25 from me today I am just going to call A A A

Just picked my car up. I had a flat tire and AAA took it ahead of me. I talked to Ryan on the phone and he said it just needed a patch and it was done by the time my uber dropped me off. That plus he had checked the tire pressure on all tires and the fluids. Couldn't be happier. I hope I never have any serious car repair done but I'd be very comfortable taking it to them.

A few weeks ago my clutch on my 06 WRX gave out. I brought in my car to the shop and Ryan was very polite and professional. Lately I've been commuting once a week to San Diego for academy. I came in on a Friday night and he had my car ready on Sunday right before I had to drive back to San Diego. I didn't know that my catback was all screwed up! He took my car into a muffler shop where they welded my catback. Its like driving a new car again! From here on out, I'll be bringing my car to Ryan. Thank you!

Car was making rattling noises and a bunch of things on dash such as battery and overheating indicators suddenly turned on while driving today. I first pulled into FSE LA for inspection and the mechanic noted I had a coolant leak but wasn't sure why. I mentioned the noise to him and he also didn't know why that happened. After taking 10-20 minutes or so looking at my car, he declared my battery was dead and needed to be replaced prior to any further investigation. In addition, my ABS is screwed up and my airbag is broken too. Suddenly, a laundry list of repairs is in my near future and I need to take care of them ASAP!

My car got herself a new boyfriend!!! Robert is just so sweet and caring PLUS really good at what he does. I've struggled to find the right mechanic for a while, it's like picking a good doctor. And this man is my Golden Ticket!! The service was on point and his customer care is amazing. I randomly stopped by my first time while I was getting gas...it was over 100 degrees and it was too good of an opportunity to pass up getting my brakes fixed asap. But I had a dog with me and couldn't Uber home and it was too hot to walk. He out of the kindness of his own heart gave me a ride home! Now I wouldn't expect that service but the fact that he cared for me like one of his kids was just everything I could of asked for. And as a small little lady he didn't take advantage of me. I've been quoted some outrageous figures just because they think I don't know any better. Well I do. And he didn't try to b******* me at all or waste my time and money. AND he actually calls when your car is done. I hate calling hours later and they're like "oh it's been done!"...like don't you think I want my car back asap?! I'll stop ranting. Go, be amazed, as for Robert for the royal treatment
