o3.o9.2o24 This was my 2nd visit to this location within a month. I see the same 3 girls running this place. This review is based on my experience only bc I do see a lot of negative reviews. I am not sure if we may or may not be talking about the same staff members. In February, I didn't have an appt so I did walk-in and showed my wait time will be 30-45mins, which it was accurate. I waited approximately 30 minutes. I see the girls cleared the room for both appointments and walk-ins within an hour. Today, I had an appointment, arrived 20mins prior. I was in and out within 5mins after check in. There was only 1 person waiting when I arrived. Just want to give pros to the ladies working here on a Saturday, while most locations are closed. I would say they're very good at what they're doing and also good time management. I got two different nurses on these visits and they were both very nice. One negative thing is the tape they put around my arm afterward really kills me while taking it off...it hurts more than getting poked. Haha but at least it doesn't irritate my skin like those crazy good quality bandages.

Quest, you failed your community and your employees. This location has a high percentage of Mandarin speaking clients, yet your lab workers do not speak the language; therefore, communication for both the workers and the the clients is Ineffective. I witnessed your staff member, Lauren, yelling at a client who didn't speak English. Granted, the non-English speaker was not understanding what Lauren was trying to convey, asking if they had an appointment. Apparently, this frustrated Lauren (understandably so) but she began yelling at the client. I witnessed several other individuals attempting to communicate with her and Lauren's demeanor was similar. I speak English as a first language and Lauren was also rude to me. I feel she is cold and dismissive with people's needs. I do realize when patients are not able to understand questions, staff can become irritated, but what I witnessed was unacceptable. Quest, Is it hard to hire staff with decent manners? .

Nurse was rude to me. More importantly she was rude to my mother. Im fair skinned with bulging veins i got 3 very small tubes of blood taken and havent been able to move my arm from how badly im bruised. Other arm is broken and she took my good arm. Made my life even more difficult. I would not recommend bringing anyone old or someone who you want treated with some decency here. No one is ever at front desk either all nurses hide in the back

Worst experience. The workers are unprofessional, inconsistent, and liars. The don't answer questions, no one to help at the front and they even lied about the closing time giving a later time then they actually close which could really waste someones time. Incredibly rude and they don't know what they're doing. Other quests are better and more professional. Really disappointed.

Cheap place that could use some customer service. I think having a receptionist that could help the elderly with the virtual check-in should've been addressed by now.

Staff are not helpful, parking is bad, it took me several minutes to find parking and then self-check-in took another few mins as no one attending the counter. They refused to do test in very impolite manner as time got over by a minute or so.

Came in as a walk in right when they opened. Only to be told that I have to let appointments sign in first before walk ins can. I asked, how am I suppose to know who's an appointment and who's a walk in. The phlebotomist didn't care and dismissed me. She was impatient with those who needed help to sign in and ignored questions as well. This was disturbing as I seemed to be the younger patients in the waiting room, I went ahead and helped the older patients to manually check in.

Brought my mom here for a blood test appointment we made online. They texted us to notify them when we've arrived via phone and to just sit in the waiting room for our name to be called. We waited for 20 minutes and no one called us. I noticed another woman come in and sit then was called right away. I asked one of the staff why we haven't been called yet, even though we've already checked in online and she said she didn't get anything and to check in through the kiosk and wait for our name to be called. The rude worker comes out and she's calling our number and she asks for our information. I let her know and she says we have to check in through the kiosk if we came early.. we came at 11:39 for our 11:40 appointment. Then she asks to see our email and it says 11:40am and she raises her voice and says no we're late because it's 12:02... girl I've literally been saying that we've been waiting here since 11:39????? literal common sense???? I've never dealt with someone so weird about it and rude. How's she going to raise her voice at us basically stating that it's our fault when we've been waiting for our name to be called and she didn't get anything on her end? After debriefing in the car with my mom after this ordeal, we tried to wrap our head around it and we remembered while waiting, they did call my moms name but another women walked in. My mom has a common name so we just brushed it aside. We think they probably called her name but another woman took her place. So what ever happened on their end, they should learn how to deal with situations like this more professionally than blaming others. I wish I gotten the workers name but she had blonde highlights?

Scheduled an appointment through Quest's site. Both attendants inside were very grumpy and they were already reprimanding another woman in front of me who was trying to fax in her lab order. Sent to a room for my lab test, and given attitude by the young woman the entire time because they closed in 20 minutes (Quest gave me the appointment time.) By the time I left after my lab, she was complaining to the other attendant that I wasn't being polite to her, but I was just mirroring her energy. No need to give saccharin when she's giving salt.
