I have been here a couple of times for blood tests. They are very fast and efficient. I walked in directly with no appointment, and I received my test results in just two days. The staff are highly efficient. That’s all you need when you are sick. Highly recommend.

Although my doctor confirmed that my mom’s lab order was sent electronically, Quest could not locate it. The check-in kiosk was unable to read my mom’s Medicare card. Additionally, the phlebotomist bruised her arm. Overall, the process from check-in to the blood draw was challenging and frustrating.

Staffs are rude and very unprofessional. I came on Saturday. I won't come back to deal with this lab any more.

Should have 2 check in console , or 2 line, 1 for standby check in and 1 for people with appointment

The two girls working were very helpful and absolutely wonderful. I had an issue with my self bought lab test and they had a lot of patience.

Loved my nurse. The drawing of blood was SO quick, seamless and pain free. I will definitely go back to this spot for testing.

One of the workers in the Alhambra, Ca office was very rude. She spoke to customers in a manner that no professional worker should have. We were there to be service and checked in at the kiosk as a walk in. After checking in it stated to have a seat and we will be called on. She came out and started getting smart with the customers saying they’re not taking walk ins and you need to know that and in return we as customers informed her the kiosk didn’t mentioned that. I explained to her she needs to put a sign on the door stating that so we as walk ins don’t check in.
