I found Prime Electric in search of material that was unavailable at nearby big-box stores and electric suppliers. I'm glad I called because not only did they have the material available, but they had an abundance in stock. Christian assisted me on the phone and had my order ready by the time we ended the call. When I arrived he greeted me with my order ready at the register for a fast transaction and gave me his business card for any future needs. Since then, I have become a regular and every time I go in, he and his team are always friendly and helpful. Christian also routinely checks in via-text to see if we need anything for that particular day. As a general contractor, I appreciate the great prices, inventory, location, and especially their exceptional customer service.Highly recommend.

Our company has been using Prime Electric now for 4 months. The customer service and prices are unbeatable. Whenever we need anything we call Christian our go to sales person, he is very responsive and is always in communication with us. Why is this relevant?For the simple fact of finding a wholesale that is willing to go the distance for you. Christian Hayek at Prime Electric has not just done that but infinitely more. The customer service is absolutely outstanding! He has constantly been there for us providing services as if we were one of their big contracts. I stopped by because I needed six wall sconce back brackets. The young guy knew what I needed and found them quickly. They didn't have the entire kit with the screw and mushroom button. I went to some other electric and lamp shops in the area but couldn't find what I was looking for so I returned. The older guy gave me such a hard time because he couldn't locate the back brackets, the younger worker was at lunch. I try to buy local to support struggling businesses but the bad attitudes and lack of knowledge makes me want to just shop online.
