worst service ever received asking to sign stuff when i been going there multiple times and saying im new and the first time didnt see me. Yo stop chatting at work and u will see me coming in. they not paying u to chat they paying u to work… Been working all day and just want to chill with a friend and now u give me all these problems leave me no choice to cancel it rightaway.

The membership fee is low and all necessary equipment is available, especially the infrared room is worth it. It is open until pm12 and is very convenient.

enter here via friends membership guest, it's good. and the equipment quality is OK to train. But, i didn't see a freeweight squat with barbell, only smith machine, that's not enough!!! and didn't see free weight bench press with barbell set either.

It's the closest location to me so I like going here for the convenience. The showers in the girls locker room don't have proper shower heads and the ones that are installed are pointed in weird angles. There is also nowhere to rest your toiletries when you take a shower and they have metal chairs in the changing area that don't fit the asthetic. Lots of out of order machines and there isn't bike parking for those who wish to bring their bikes to lock up. I do very much like the channels they have for the televisions. It's a great choice instead of the news compared to other locations.

Expect to wait 10 min to use each equipment since people here like to use their phone while just sitting on them. Having homeless people coming in just for showering is a plus too.

Pretty clean. Restroom gets trashed sometimes. Only complain is that summer promotion where HS kids go in for free or something and most of them go in taking up machines and areas in general on their phones…Staff is great and Gym is clean compared to some LA Fitness around the area.

When applying for the card, it was said that the black card could bring someone, and it was the first time to bring someone. Stopped by this fat woman, all kinds of difficulties ?, all kinds of people won't let us in. Discrimination is so ugly! Complain to the manager about this dead woman, and call the phone number in the picture in the future! I returned the card decisively, black shop, what a bad attitude. When I returned the card, I was charged an extra month's membership fee. I will never go again.
I have refunded my membership card. This employee discriminates against people and doesn't let me bring my friends in! When applying for a black card, it said that you can take someone. Isn't this cheating members?

First time in Alhambra, CA and this PF location. It was a big and well equipped location. Staff was friendly and they do clean on a regular basis. However, the clientele that frequent this location doesn’t seem to clean up after themselves. A lot of bottles, used towels and weights left in the wrong locations. I do hope to visit this location again in the future.

Was previously a planet fitness member back in 2020 and decided to sign back up recently in June. I have noticed the equipment has been updated since then and it does get crowded at times. The most disappointing thing is the restrooms being unsanitary. It looks like staff is too busy taking at the front desk to clean them. This has been consistent since I’ve been here the past month. Also they tend to be low on restroom supplies a lot.

The treadmills in this store are updated, but the hygiene condition of the bathroom is concerning. There is a strong smell of urine, urine stains on the walls, and a homeless person inside.
