“I love this family-run herb store. I've been frequenting this place for over 10 years, but what finally compelled me to write this review is the young lady who helped me today. I was looking for suggestions on common cold medicine. She asked if I have a sore throat and the color of my mucus before recommending me suitable medicine based on my symptoms. I very much appreciate her willingness to help as there are many different kinds of traditional medicine with varying efficacy depending on your ailments and symptoms.Besides ginseng and tea, they also have a variety of healthy foods, dried goods and snacks. Sometimes they even have Sunny Hills and Chia Te pineapple cake from Taiwan. Need a minimum purchase of $20 for credit card transaction.”

“Excellent service. The pharmacist and owner and staffs was super nice and got the first dose of the covid vaccine for my child. Getting prescription and medication is a breeze here too. Don't have to wait long.”

“The check-out staff was very friendly and fast and always accurate with the purchase. There is nothing wrong with this store with vary selection of products, cleanliness of store was also impressed. There was a guy, a customer at checked out line behind me upset about me wearing mask. He faked the coughing twice so it seemed to me that he wanted me to know that he was upset. Why you still wearing mask and***** and you should have no mask unless you are sick....etc. And he assumed that I came from one of those country that brings Covid here...well I have the right at public wear or not to wear mask. On the same token the staff wasn't wearing mask noI don't upset because it's not require to do so. I gave 5 stars because this staff serviceand this store is A+. But this Ghetto side of Alhambra be mindful of those idiot customers with their ignorance.”
“I come to this pharmacy only because it's right next to my doctor's office. They usually have all the medications in stock, and if they don't, they'll call for it to be refilled within the next day or two. Pros: - fast service - parking is in the back alleyway or structure Cons: - you have to wait for them to unlock the door and sometimes they don't unlock it right away. There also isn't a ringer.”
“Was welcomed upon entrance. Nice, clean place. Wasn't too busy. There were a couple of customers, one looking up something and another speaking on her cell phone to The side. Young lady walked up and took my package I was returning for my Son. Told me she'd take care of it and gave me a receipt. She went on to thank me, and wished me to have a nice day. At that point, I felt like a King with a capital K. Lol! The moral of this story is to acknowledge your customers , treat trem like Kings ,and you will see them back at your place of business paying your salary. “All my prescriptions are here and I use the drive thru whenever I see a short line. It's really convenient to pickup although at times there can be a long line it's not terrible. The phone system is great, it reminds you about prescriptions and even lets you request refills without having to go to your primary doctor.”
“I’ve been getting my prescriptions at this pharmacy for the last six years and I’m very happy, I was referred here by my doctor, they have same day service and you just have to wait for them to fill out your prescription and they’re very fast and efficient, I’m very satisfied with them and highly recommend them for their quality service and promptness.”
