“I had to go in three times before I finally selected the right color. Each time Ariel helped me, and I learned this is why everyday folks doing home improvement shop at Sherwin Williams just like the pros do. He evaluated my needs based on what I am trying to do--paint a bathroom in eggshell not semi-gloss. SW actually makes just the right paint for what I want, and Ariel took the time without pressuring me to purchase the paint. This is the smaller store down the road from the larger one that can be crowded with the pros. It is designed more for DIYers per Ariel. I didn't have to wait, and they have great hours. The color range is nuanced and way more extensive than I imagined. We'll be back for more rooms and another remodel.”

“I needed to paint an bumper on my Toyota. I bought some paint from and online vendor and the match was perfect but the clear they sent sucked. Would have taken 2 cans just to get coverage. Anyways. I went to rays and spoke with who I assume is ray. I brought my bumper and he walked me through how he would repair it. He made me a custom urethane based paint color matched to my truck. 2019 midnight black tacoma color code 218. The paint is a little pricey but waaaaay better than the paint I got from scratch doctor. Well their paint was okay but their clear wasn't good. Anyways. Sprayed the paint and only needed like 1/2 a can to get great coverage with 2 coats. Applied a 2k clear coat and the bumper literally looks new. Might even be better than factory. All in all it's kinda pricey, but the 2k clear is super resistant and will be better than any other clear. So for about $85 total I have a brand new bumper. I can't say enough. Plus just the owner talking to me and waking me through the process was great. You can't get that online. Thanks a ton and I'll posted a few pictures later!!!”

“Once upon a time, the husband was patching up some of our walls. He placed this dark blue painter's tape along our walls and I instantly fell in love with the color and the way it contrasted with our white walls and dark furniture. It reminded me of Frida Kahlo's Casa Azul and at that moment, I wanted to paint an accent wall that color. Some time passes, we end up going to get the paint. Unable to persuade the hubby to go for the dark color (he swore it would darken our place), we compromised on a baby blue color. Meh. After living with the color for about a year, the hubby agrees that we should have gone darker. Insert eye roll here. Seeing as how we had picked Benjamin Moore's Aura collection for the baby blue (numerous articles claim it was he best quality paint at a reasonable price), we wanted to seek the same quality of paint. The original store where we purchased it from was no longer in business, so we found another. Enter Eastmont Paint & Decorating. Thanks to the service received at EP&D, we were able to get the right paint color this time. We brought in a piece of the painter's tape and they were able to direct us to Big Country Blue. We absolutely love the color (& no, it didn't darken the space). The husband learned to trust his wife's vision that day.”

“Awesome paint supply store. The store is very clean and organized. All the paints are in order. Most of them are in order of color. Customer service is really friendly, very helpful. A/C is always on, always a plus for a hot day. The process of mixing the paint is rather quicker than I thought. But, then again they are probably just good at their job. They do offer a waiting area with chair's and a table, also they offer coffee for when you're waiting.”

The Pink Painter just completed painting the interior of our home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. “The staff was kind, patient and willing to help me get exactly what I needed. I suffered water damage and had to patch some of my bathroom wall. Although the room was painted long ago it was still in very good (almost new looking) condition and I really couldn't afford (at this time) to have the entire room re-painted. I did know the original paint color name and brand - but it was no longer even being manufactured or sold (Sears Easy Living). Fortunately S-W staff did a great job hunting down the formula and matching it in their brand perfectly. I didn't have to paint the entire bathroom, I was able to just prime/paint the repaired areas and you really can't even tell at all that part of the bathroom was replaced/patched.”

“I went to this location with little expectation of getting my questions answered because I was certain I had irreversibly messed up my apartment walls by retouching spots with the wrong kind of paint. I had the right color, but was using an egg shell paint on a flat painted surface...which I didn't notice until I had retouched the entire townhouse before realizing that it was drying with a shine instead of flat. I had covered all our walls with these shiny spots and it looked horrible. At this Dunn-Edwards location, I was helped by Stephen, who was so patient and supportive in guiding me through how to potentially correct my mistakes. He was kind, informative, and eager to get the right match. And he was 100% right in his suggestions. It worked beautifully and my horrible amateur painter mistakes were corrected! I'm so very grateful for his help!”
