Thank you Andrew for replacing the screen on my MacBook Air. I had physical damage to the LCD screen. It was ready for me to pick up the next day, where as other computer repair shops I called (including the Apple store) would have it ready in 7 days or more, for literally more than double to price. Totally worth it and I'm so glad my computer is working.

Fantastic service! I have an old Surface Pro 7 that I was going to give to my parents so they could have a laptop, and I haven't touched it in years so it was no surprise to see an error screen upon turning it on. The computer turned on, but couldn't go past the blue screen asking for the recovery key or it showed an ongoing system update that never ended. My husband and I tried everything we could on the internet and decided to go to Andrew for assistance. Andrew did exactly what I asked for, wiped everything off the computer and installed Windows 10 so that the laptop was functional again. It was done in one day, and he charged me for far less than what I expected. The process was super quick, and I would absolutely go back to him again.

I recently had my CPU repaired by ND Computer and was very pleased with the service I received. Andrew immediately identified and resolved the problem with my computer. He kept me updated throughout the repair process and even gave me some pointers for future computer maintenance. The cost was modest, and I had faith in his abilities. So SO glad I found Andrew and his business. My MacBook Pro was working fine just literally two nights before, and then one morning I woke up and the screen was showing discolored lines and there was a crack on the bottom left corner. I called multiple places who all quoted me almost double (if not more) the price that Andrew offered. They also gave me ETA times ranging between a few days to a whole week later. Luckily Andrew was willing to take in my laptop same day on 7/16/22 at 2pm, change my screen, and have it back to me by 5pm. I was truly amazed at the turnaround time and the bargain I got my repair for. He even turned on my laptop for me at his shop so I could inspect and make sure everything was okay. The only thing I would say is that your device may end up with a few minor scratches that they didn't come in with, but I would come back to ND Computers a thousand times over for the amazing service and unbeatable prices!

Second time customer and would recommend Andrew for your computer related needs. I purchased a MacBook pro for music production, work and dj'ing and took it to multiple studios, recorded countless hours of music on it as well. I unfortunately abused the first MacBook pro but fortunately Andrew was able to coordinate a matching upgrade fit for my needs. Again would highly recommend ND computer! Thank you Andrew.

Please do not go to this shop if actually care about your computer. I had a horrible experience. After the first repair, my computer won't even turn on anymore. I brought it back again to repair the second time, just couldn't recognize my computer at all. It doesn't work well, keyboard is messed up. The keys doesn't have light, always have typo when I type. Till this day I still can't understand what was done to my computer to totally mess it up. Anyway, stay away from here.

I was in desperate need to get my battery replaced fast because my laptop got a swollen battery. Andy gave a very good price for the battery replacement where other places asked for way more. Unfortunately my laptop was I guess the more rare MBP and he didn't have the battery on hand. Instead of waiting about a day or two as originally, I had to wait a week. That's fine. I had to work around my computer situation somehow for the mean time. The rating is mainly for after I get my laptop back. When I received my MBP back, it has a mini screwdriver gouge by the screw area. I think he may have rushed to get the work done. Also noticed a new scratch on the front of my laptop as well and I for certain do not recall it being there. My laptop has always been in a case in the time that I've had it and always took care of it. Just be aware in case you do take your electronics here if small scratches and gouges really bother you. One last thing that I do have to ding is that the battery replaced was originally good as usual but for some reason, it has lost about 7 percent of its initial capacity in just 3 months. I don't let my laptop drain down from 100 to 0 like that. Usually it's about 50 and then recharge. Now, there's strange behavior where the battery would take 10 hours to charge from 80 to 100. It was never like this before. Would I recommend this place? IMO, you get what you pay for but I wouldn't come back.
