Great experience with Jay at New Century BMW . They fixed my x3 while I was out of town. Jay and crew were a delight to work with . They car was done in a timely manner and bonus they returned the car looking perfect ( was wax and shined up wheels . ) Jay actually touched up a few tiny spots that were not part of the repair! Wendy in the office kept me informed and also sent guys to drop me off and pick me up at my convenience. All and all a great experience with people who went above and beyond my expectations. I left Mercedes after years because the service was so lame. I gave BMW a chance ... so happy I did !!

New Century BMW Collision center is absolutely fantastic. This was my first car accident. Jorge Alvarado and his team did an excellent job from start to finish to make sure my car is taken a good care of. The entire process was 2 weeks long which is very short considering the damage to my car. Every time I called Jorge, he picked up and answered all my questions. Jorge told me that they used all BMW original parts to repair the damage to my car. They were also kind enough to send me a car to drop and pick me up from home!! I had a few questions when I picked up my car, the gentleman from the repairing team came and addressed all my concerns. Thank you Jorge Alvarado and team!!!!!

I recently discovered that the tow-hitch cover on my BMW was missing. Since I recently purchased the car, I was unhappy with the unsightly gap on the back. I purchased the replacement part from the Dealership, but it was unpainted. Enter New Century BMW Collision Center with Jorge (Jay) to the rescue. He was able to color match the hitch cover to my car's exact hue - Melbourne Red. Great service, exceptional value. Here's to you Jorge and New Century, you have a new client as long as I have a BMW.

Honestly i loved the staff (most of them) im new to bmw and love to learn it and i wasn’t looked at like that at monrovia. I hate that theres a price difference between shops and apparently here is more honest while i felt monrovia was very bias, uncaring and just about business. Like if i denied their offer and decided to just want the parts i was over priced on parts just because i didn’t want to accept their service when it was simple and im mechanically inclined to do it myself. It is my car after all.. love that it wasn’t hastle to get what i want and was priced right not over priced and didn’t make me feel unwanted for unknown reasons that id basically say like i wasn’t part of their “people” they can smd . Love you new century

I got rear ended and my sales advisor Shawn Nguyen from New century BMW sent me over to see Jay at the new century BMW collision center and they got my car back to mint condition in no time.The manager Jorge was also super helpful and upfront about about the timeframe.Thank you all.

Very unprofessional. Slow work and got the color wrong.Just sort the comments and see the one star reviews. If you’re assigned an advisor called William, just TAKE YOUR CAR and GO TO ANOTHER SHOP.I don’t know why this guy hasn’t been fired yet. He’s never in before 10:30(They open at 9am). Never calls or texts customers about updates. Gave me an estimated time of 2 weeks and a half, after they didn’t finish anything in 6 weeks he even denied that he ever said 2 weeks and a half. It’s just frustrating to work with someone like that.Their manager is going to call me today let’s see how that goes.

The 5 series BMW owned by my wife and I was rear-ended last month, and we first went to the shop in the insurance company's network, but they couldn't fix it since they're not a certified BMW body shop. So I called New Century BMW Certified Collison Center, and Jorge spoke with me, sight unseen, at length about all the questions we had. We ended up taking the vehicle over there, met Jorge in person, and dropped off the vehicle. After Jorge and his team assessed the damage and prepared an estimate, the insurance company called us directly and told us that it would be declared a total loss, at which point we called Jorge, and he was able to work it out with the insurance company so that it was repaired! The whole thing took roughly three and a half weeks from drop off to pick up. Jorge was always professional and understanding towards us through this whole process. In short, the car is looking and feeling brand new after the repairs! Jorge is a real credit to this repair center. Recommend him highly!

New Century BMW Collision Center has been nothing but professional and helpful. This will be my second time using their services and my car always looks new again. All team members are kind and professional and the work done is top notch. I don't trust my insurance recommended shops only New Century for my BMW services.

This place did a seller job on my passenger side door scraps. Car looks and feels new again. It took 3 times as long to get the car back, but the results were worth it. William also arranged for me to be dropped off and picked up, saving me 2 expensive Uber calls.Highly recommend.

Had my I3 BMW passenger seat replaced because my cat peed on the seat. Long story....New Century collision kept my car for a little over a week.. when I got it back the car looked fabulous! They'd detailed the whole car, inside and out.. it was like getting a brand new car, no joke. William helped me th the process and he was super nice and efficient. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Thank you again!! I highly recommend this business. ;)

Coming to New Century BMW Collision is a double-edged sword. A loss because you probably got into a rough accident, but a win because you'll get to work with Jorge and the staff. Jorge is very experienced with handling all kinds of accidents and damage. He helps simplify this complicated process with enough detail for anyone inexperienced to understand, referring to every auto part that needs to be replaced or repaired. Jorge goes the extra mile in replacing damaged parts other non-dealer body shops might overlook. It also helps that he's worked with many kinds of insurances as well. Very awesome that he is patient with answering any and all of your questions. He really is about full transparency and makes an effort for you to be informed regarding your vehicle. Bonus points for being quite timely and responsive. Hope to never come back because of an accident but happy if I were to work with Jorge and his team again.
